Kutchan JA General Hospital

My brother had a knee injury requiring attention. There were 2 translators available to the left of the counter who assisted us when requested. As most of the staff only speak Japanese it was a little difficult to navigate but I found everyone very understanding and helpful of our situation. The doctor was fantastic and gave us exactly what we needed. We spent about 3.5hrs getting basic treatment and found that being humble, polite and understanding is the only way to navigate this place.

My boyfriend dislocated his shoulder and we came here. The entire experience was good and we were able to resolved it within an hour. Thank you to all the doctors and nurses from the hospital

My Friend attained a shoulder dislocation during snowboarding and was sent to this hospital.
They have english speaking staff at the reception and will accompany you during consultation.
The orthopedic surgeon Tanabe sensei was very professional and my friend had got his shoulder back in place in just ard 20min.
Everything was smooth. Thank you!

Had an accident snowboarding in Rusutsu, which required my wrist to have an x-ray. Staff/translator for English was very helpful. Broke my wrist, doctors / xray tech were very professional. Cast , xray ,doctor consult and medication cost around $275. This is last place I want to give review but hats off to this place. Thank you for taking care of me

Broken ribs. I had a previous experience where the x-ray didn't pick up the fractures because they were on the side so I asked for a cat scan which clearly showed the fracture. Dr gave me great drugs, human again. Thanks to all staff and translators!

The big hospital in small city, these has completely investigation and many medical specialists. My shoulder was injured. ER nurses, ER doctor and orthopedist were professional. Thank you so much.

3years ago,my friend got a ski accident, broken upper part of femur-bone, got a perfect surgical operation by Dr.Tanabe, Everything is on the standard level. Thank you very much.

In and out with a CT scan of my head in 3 hours!

先日旅行でルスツに行き深夜から急な腰痛と下腹部の痛みが出て早朝救急搬送されました。

早朝にもかかわらず救急の先生、スタッフの皆様が迅速に対応してくださりありがとうございました。

ルート確保からCTの手際の良さ、専門の科の先生の丁寧な説明にも感動しました。

無事症状が収まり旅先から帰る事ができました。
改めてスタッフの皆様に感謝致します。

厚生病院に連れていくか迷いましたが
結果的には行ってよかったです！
2歳の娘が手を繋いでいた時に
急に泣き出し腕を押さえて泣き止まないため
整形外科を受診しました。
問診を取りにきた看護師は少し感じ悪かったですが、
九津見先生に診てもらい
説明もしっかりしてもらえて
処置もあっという間にしてもらい、
男の人嫌いの娘でしたが
声かけも上手にしていただけたので
それほど泣かずに終われました。
倶知安には総合病院が一軒しかないので、
小児科も産婦人科も待つのは当たり前の
感覚の自分にとっては1時間半くらいで終えられたので満足です。

来到北海道第一天就不小心骨折了，然后夜间最近的就是这家综合病院。护理人员和医生们都非常好，隔壁病床的两个老爷子也聊的非常愉快。尤其是小山カレンさん、行动不便帮了我很多忙，其他人也是非常的会主动帮助，虽然骨折很痛苦，但是医院体验很好

評判が悪いと聞いていましたが、私は全く問題が有りませんでした。整形外科の若い女医さんと看護師さんが一生懸命対応してくれました。会計の方も凄く親切でした。感謝の気持ちで一杯です。

休日に複雑な膝の骨折の診断をして頂きました。
休みで人も少ない中、ほんとうに色んな事を手配して頂きました。
僕は安心して帰ることが出来ました。ありがとうございます。

ここの泌尿器科の先生はとても良い方でした！
