There's a couple of floors you can get customisation done on your clothes/products.

Tax free for overseas travellers who spend over ¥5500, which isn't hard to do.

Uniqlo lover’s dream. 12 floors of your favourite basics, and they have all styles and colourways you can ask for.

Highlight was seeing Ginza strip from above and the many fitting rooms they had which meant you never really have to wait in line as much.

They used RFID to scan payment for payment. Cannot find one in Malaysia so far.

Uniqlo Ginza is the largest Uniqlo store I've come across, and it's an absolute must-visit when you're in Tokyo. The selection is extensive, and here's a tip for fellow tourists and travelers: if you're looking for T-shirts with Japanese print designs as souvenirs or gifts, consider buying them at Uniqlo instead of the many touristy gift shops. The quality you get for the price at Uniqlo is truly worth every yen.

This is the best Uniqlo I have ever visited. In total, it has 14 floors with glass walls. The top floor has a coffee counter where you can take a break. It is very interesting to visit, especially the entrance of the flagship shop.

When I heard there was a 12 story clothing store I had to check it out and it was gigantic!! I found some nice pieces to add to my wardrobe. They offer tax free but you have to bring your passport, don’t forget it. We forgot ours 🤪

This Uniqlo is not mucking around. You'll find everything here. You'll find everything you need here. Their display attracts everyone's attention. Foreigners get 10% discount. Staff speaks english. Very good shopping experience

Wow 12 floors of goodness. It was super busy and some sizes were sold out for the mens section. I was able to find some items to purchase. Usually in the states I can't find much or don't buy any but here there was so much to choose from. Wife bought a lot of stuff as well. Theres a green doraemon next to a machine for kids to play. 12th floor theres a UT section.

If you are coming here in hopes of customising your purchase, you will need to order a week ahead at least. I wanted to get the Mt Fuji sewn onto my purchase but heard the staff told other customers they need to submit an order at least a week in advance due to high order volume. They have a flower cart and coffee counter as well.

The biggest Uniqlo in Tokyo. They have everything, 99% you will buy something for sure. All colours and sizes (xl max). Location is also nice, just few min from Ginza station.

Wow amazing Uniqlo store, 12 stories, custom print and embroidery floor, even a cafe! A must visit for tourists. Priced much cheaper as well. Got a little dizzy from going up and down the floors so many time! 😂

Love the way they just throw your stuff on the counter and easily get the total price. Don’t forget about in-house tax free if you’re not blessed to be Japanese (or it it vice versa in this case?).

The store is massive, but please don’t you miss floors 11 and 12 — the most interesting items are there waiting just for you.

Huge Uniqlo with 12 floors including a customization section and a cafe. They have all the collabs here, and of course, a tax free counter. Because it’s popular the elevator does get used and crowded. Just take escalator.

This is the first Uniqlo flagship store! They have 12 floors of clothes! Go to uppermost floor for coffee and sitting area to relax while kids can do their custom bags and shirts. Be prepared for a long wait of at least an hour for custom designs. Bring your own photo on your cell!

The largest uniqlo flagship store in the world. There're a lot of cloth that you want and price is so reasonable. There's a coffee shop at the top of building.

We came for the hype and didn’t plan to buy much but the prices here are cheaper than where I am from PLUS with their limited time discounts AND tax free shipping, it was a steal. Only certain floors have tax free check outs so make sure you ask.

This is the largest branch in Japan with very reasonable prices compared to the quality, design, and value of the products. There is a wide variety of products to choose from, and all the staff provide excellent customer service, offering good assistance and advice. There is a flower shop at the back with a wide variety of beautiful flowers at affordable prices.
