Amazing bottle shop, compact location with a complete collection from Scotland, USA, Japan, and beyond. Offers up to 3 tastings for 100 to 200 yen per bottle as well (except for
High end) - must hit it while in the Tokyo station for sure. And pick up a few bottles, great prices on Japanese whiskey for foreigners (reviewing from perspective of New Yorker, USA)

Although this shop is tiny, the shelves go all the way up the wall with a variety of goods. The shop has a great selection of rums and gins, which is great. You can sample up to three items while you are visiting, which allows you a chance to “try before you buy.” You can only try three things, so just be aware that there is a limit. We’ve visited a few times and have found some rare items or things we were looking for. Also—this store is along the underground pathway from Tokyo station, so you don’t even need to go outside!

Great selection of loquera here, especially whisky, mainly scotch’s but does have rare bottles of Japanese whisky as well. They do come with a price. Yamazaki 18 was 75000 yen and Hibiki 30 was 430000 yen in April 2019.

They offer tastings on many of their bottles for 100 or 150 yen.

Gin is quite readily available, especially Finnish and Swedish varieties.

I always stop here to buy Wild Turkey 12 before flying out of Narita or Haneda. Even if just connecting through Tokyo, you just need to book your flights with a long enough delay

Great liquor store with enormous choice for its small space. Big range of Scottish whiskies, but fewer Japanese whiskies. Good selection of gins and other spirits too - and a big selection of canned beer.

One of my favorite liquor stores. It is located in the basemen around Tokyo station, and can be a little hard to find but worth it.

They have a huge scotch selection. In recent years they do not have very much Japanese whisky but have a great selection from other places.

You can also pay a small fee, 100-300 yen to taste almost everything they have, even some bottles that cost 20k yen.

Wide selection of whisky, friendly and knowledgeable staffs. You could sample the bottle (except the high end ones) for a small fee before purchasing the whole bottle. One stop place to shop for whisky if you are a tourist. Price is slightly higher than Donki/BIC Camera but you get much more variety and convenience shopping here.

They do limit the number of samplings one could take in one sitting to avoid customers getting drunk and rowdy but some customers accused them of being arrogant, which I think is unfair. Also, they impose a limit for certain hard to get bottles to ensure more people get to enjoy them rather than flipping for a quick gain. Again, flippers accuse them of being arrogant, which is uncalled for

The better Liquor Hasegawa at Tokyo Station, stocks plenty of single malt and blended malt whisky range. You can spend quite a long time browsing. Ask the staff for help with top shelf items. Staff is friendly and very accommodating. Bottles are packaged up nicely in event you need to take it on your travel.

Have every mixer needed to make not only a good, but a great cocktail. Great selection of bourbons, Scotch, some Japanese whisky, gins, and other spirits. All around great place and reasonable prices.

This place is underground in the Tokyo station. Google map it and when you are close take the nearest metro entrance and you will see it. Has a great selection and it is a must if you look to buy Japanese whiskey to bring home as in the airport there is very limited selection. In bottles like Yamasaki's that are rare and popular they only sell one per customer. Prices are good in most of things on the selves. They do good wrapping for travellers.

Excellent place. The fact they charge you a small fee to try out most of the spirits (10ml) is amazing. Was able to try several Japanese whiskys before determining which to buy. Friendly staff who speak English. Recommended. Should be noted this is downstairs below the street in the atrium off Tokyo Station.

They have Angostura and big variety of bitters (first time to see it in Japan).
Also, everyone can try one drink for 100 yen. So you will always spend money for bottles you can drink, despite of wasting them.
Prices of popular imported alcohol are higher, but still cheaper than order via Amazon.

A gem of a liquor store. I went to 5 different wine shops and international markets looking for marsala wine, and this was the only place that had it. The staff were helpful, and although the shop is small, it does have a huge selection of wines, whiskeys, liquors, etc packed into its space.

Astounding liquor store with a range like no other. Was looking specifically for Japanese whiskeys namely Yamazaki, Hakushu and Hibiki single malts and I found them all here in every age. Selection was broader than Japanese whiskey with Scottish and Bourbon available, I was spoilt for choice. Remember when in Japan most liquor stores and department stores sell out of the unique Japanese whiskeys quickly and this liquor store had a good stock supply on hand. A bit tricky to find as they’re located underground at the JR Tokyo Station but once found the best liquor store.

After visiting Tokyo, if you want to take some Japanese Whiskey back home with you, I recommend stopping by here first. You can try samples of all their whiskeys for 100 yen and then buy the bottle after.

Difficult to locate shop. It depends which side of the gate/wing you are in Tokyo Station. Reasonably priced given the current market demand. Found my "authentic Hibiki 21 and a Nikka Taketsuru 17" here. Go fast if you want one...
