Convenient car rental agency located a short ride away from the Naha Airport. They provide a free shuttle to and from the airport. Rental was fast and convenient, we had booked ahead of time online on their website and then we were able to pick up our cars within 10 minutes of arriving. We had rented two cars, a Suzuki Solio and a Toyota Sienta. The cars were clean and well maintained. Return of the cars were also quite easy and convenient; after filling up at the gas station next to the lot, we dropped off the car for a final inspection. The inspection lasted at most 5 minutes and that was that! Would definitely rent from them again if I have a chance.

Smooth and fuss-free experience. We opted to pick the car up from Naha Airport and return it at DFS T Galleria as we had an early morning flight out and the airport office wouldn’t have been open. A shuttle bus is provided to get you to their rental office. We rented a Toyota Raize for 2 adults and a child and it performed very well throughout our 5 days of usage. Super fuel efficient as well. We drove a lot and didn’t even finish one tank of fuel. Drop off was really convenient and hassle free too. There is a gas station right beside the return area at DFS, so you don’t have to go around scouting for one. If you’re planning to drive a lot, consider getting the flat rate ETC card so that you don’t have to pay more for tolls than necessary. Think it’s worth it if you are driving all over the island over 4 - 5 days.

They provide great services, free pick up from Naha airport to there. Easy and convenient to rent car! Also, you can book various tickets there at a much cheaper price, like the Okinawa aquarium.

We rented three 7 seaters van there (2 Alphard and 1 Vellfire) they are in good condition and everyone enjoy the ride. The only problem is there are too many morons keep driving slow in fast lane in Okinawa highways.

The best place to rent a car in Okinawa! There’s a reception in the airport and they will send you to the OTS place by bus once you’ve arrived. The journey takes about 20 minutes. Then you will be asked to listen to the instruction and things to know before you drive in Japan. They can speak many languages so if you have any questions they will be happy to help. Very clear informations about Traffic rules in Japan. They have pictures and videos to show you everything you have to know. You might need to borrow an ETC card first for the payment of the toll. The car is very clean and comfortable. They upgraded us for free since we travel in low season. Returning process is also very convenient and fast. The petrol station is just next to it so fill up before you return. ( When they give you it’s full tank ) All in all, I had a great experience with OTS and will rent a car with them again next time!! Highly recommended!!

We really liked this place because it was a great car for a very good price while we were in Okinawa visiting for 7 days. We got a Nissan Note which had plenty of room for economy sized car. We drove all over the entire island every day and only used 1/2 tank of gas!!

Had a very good experience with ots. Great price, nice car and we asked for the bus to be ready as soon as the shop opened because our flight was early, ots got us straight in the connecting shuttle bus after our hire drop off and we got to the airport with plenty of time. Thanks.

Love the staffs and the services but it is far from airport hence need to take their shuttle bus service. Be careful not to be caught during rush hour traffic. Otherwise it is great!

Kindly appreciate all the staffs of this company! My cousin and I encountered an car accident last month outside the crossroad of their company. The gave us all of the support at the first moment even if we were not their customers! They cared a lot of us and also handled all the things of that accident location. They also helped us to translate mandarin to Japanese to the police. Even, they saw that I was deeply scared by the accident they therefore launched a car for me to take a rest inside to calm down with the air conditioner! I don’t know how to express how much I appreciate for all the favors they did for us. I can now just write down these words to show my appreciation, and I extremely recommend all the tourists to rent the cars from this company. If you are renting for the very first time, you should do it with OTS.

I can’t give any better comments for this car rental company. The price was fair and reasonable, the car was very new, got a free upgrade. In the end my flight got delayed and I rented two more days, the procedure for extension was quick, discounted price for cancelled fight passenger (due to typhoon), same upgraded car but original fare. We returned the car one day earlier as we wanted to get standby tickets, they even did the refund of the one day fee to us. Amazing customer service! Cannot be better.
