The staffs were polite and sincere, especially those concierge personnel (Applaud to some of the female staffs that braves the strong wind in order to assist us) that welcome guests at the entrance. Despite cold and extreme wind speed weather they really do their job respectfully. The room conditions were well maintained, simple enough to maintain some Japanese charm. Onsen was one of the main attraction of the hotel though sometimes can be a bit crowded.

It was an amazing hotel from staff politeness to room cleanliness to the catered breakfast, all are graded 5 stars
1. Rooms - great size, super clean, rooms are well segmented with toilet, shower and hot spring tub. Beds are very comfy
All toiletries included including hair band
Our rooms facing complete sea view

2. Breakfast - beautifully designed Japanese style breakfast. We took ours with a great sea view in front of us

3. Locations - just right behind the Okinawa “Santorini” many food stalls with yummy food
We had our sashimi and beer just right in front of the sea

Overall, well recommended
It’s a great place to step down from our busy life and breathe here!

Had an excellent time ! The hotel has been very responsive throughout via emails regarding my numerous requests. I booked two rooms, and they were able to arrange the rooms next to each other which I am thankful for. All staff very very friendly and tried to be helpful - always smiling. The onsen was great, and in room cleaning was also good. The breakfast is very solid, not the usual buffet style and sometimes you don't even need lunch after the feed. The rooms also came with little treats, and I think if I did come to Okinawa again, I will really consider staying again despite that I usually like staying in different hotels. if only they provide body lotion or some type of moisturizer, it will be the best as it was quite dry.

Highly recommend this hotel. Most front staff speak English , although maybe a bit basic, but won't hurt if you know some basic Japanese. Front staff who don't speak English will let you know right away, and usually find someone else who can help you

Location is next to the terrace, lots of restaurants. However , no Lawson or 7 eleven nearby.

Great location. Onsen was overly crowded since it was also open for public (not just hotel guest). Staff do not speak much English, but high level of service mind.

We stayed here for two nights. We really enjoyed our stay.
We booked a standard double room. The room was small. It got everything we needed. We get what we paid for, so there is no complaint.

Our overall experience was awesome. The staff was super helpful and kind. The breakfast (included in our hotel booking) was really good. We enjoyed using the hotel's onsen. The hot spring water was super detoxifying and relaxing. The view of the sea and planes taking on and off the runway was very beautiful to see.

After visiting Naha, we enjoyed our two days of relaxing stay here.

The spa was excellent. Their service, too. I visited this hotel on the last day of the year so I could enjoy many Japanese things they provided sincerely. That experience made my trip special.

Had a great stay here! I had been to Okinawa several times but had never been to Senagajima. The hotel was very nice and the service was great. The room was nice, the toiletries were very pleasant, and the breakfast was great! It is a set menu and it was delicious. The coffee and service and view of the runway and ocean was all superb. I had requested a taxi for the airport and it was there early, no issues. I definitely recommend staying here before a flight or just for a day. Lots of shops and restaurants and it’s a lovely getaway!

Superb, friendly staff. Great location where rooms one side can view movements at Naha Airport or on the other side can have an Ocean View. Be aware that Ocean view will still have aircraft due to the new runway that has been built. Various room types available including many with there own private 'Onsen'. A hot spring from below ground fed direct to your room !! Breakfast is a selection of vegetables, meats, fruit and fish all served together in a 3 tier serving bowl. You can ask for no fish/shellfish etc if you wish and they're replaced by other items. No breakfast menu as such. Everyone receives the same. Juice, coffee, jasmine tea available. Excellent hotel. Loved it. 15 minutes from Naha Airport.

My husband loved this hotel. Let's start with the service as the staff were so cordial from the moment we drove into the hotel. They helped us unload our luggage, when we walked into the hotel, they directed us to a counter that had our paper work ready, room key and provided us with detailed explanations.

Our room faced the airport runway but the room has double balcony doors that blocked off the noise. We couldn't hear a thing from the outside.

The onsen is free for hotel guests. A little too crowded in the afternoon and I skipped it. Husband went back after dinner and was not as crowded. There are a lot of onsen etiquettes which he was not used to but tried his best to follow others. He enjoyed it.

Room is clean and tidy with all amenities provided. Bed is comfortable and room is very spacious for two people. In room onsen has a great view of the ocean. Front end staff are polite and courteous. The breakfast was very enjoyable!

Not gonna lie, the Rizzan used to be my favorite resort hotel to stay at, but the Ryukyu Onsen Senagajima Hotel has taken its place. The rooms are comfy and the staff are extremely accommodating. The onsen tub in our room was a bit smaller than it looked in the picture, but still plenty of room. Breakfast was awesome, but I don’t eat seafood. So my wife got extra fish and shrimp while I stole her soki. We loved the staff here, thank you so much for making our stay so wonderful

Amazing views of the coast from your room. The shower and balcony hot tub combo is an amazing experience. Each room comes with a yukata for the room and additional spa style clothes to wear around the hotel. There is a shuttle service every half hour but it also picks up people from local businesses so you may find it difficult to get a ride. The hotel can call for a taxi instead.

The restaurant accommodated very nicely for vegetarian request.
I recommend the hot tub ocean view room- amazing view for sunset (or for the thunderstorm last night).
The hotspring (open Friday 6am) on the ground floor was a great plus, with the “standing up” hotspring having the most charming view of the sea. There are about 5 pools, and 2 saunas, one which varies the essence every day. The shampoo+conditioner they provide is really good - better than the other resorts I stayed in Okinawa!

Breakfast from 7 am, though if you cannot make it you can ask for a takeaway lunchbox. Infinity pool opens from 9 am.

Go for the upgrade...if you can.
Pro: The building is on top of an island over- looking the sea and airport landing strip. The hotel's seperaten onsen is big and can easily be a day trip. Staff was really friendly and patient, room was super clean, upgraded to a room for a private Onsen experience (1 person fits easily, 2-3 small children, or 2 medium-size people), many services available, breakfast was fantastic!
Con: Limited non-Japanese language support (though extremely patient with my limited Japanese knowledge). Have to time the weather. The arrival day had perfect weather, then sudden rain showers the next day. Rooms can be a bit pricey.

Summary: Though you have the option to pick a cheaper room and go to the downstairs Onsen, the upgrade makes the experience a bit better. Having the outside Onsen and looking at the sea is a very relaxing and enhances the experience. If you have the money to spare, I recommend it.

A visit here, wasn't for lodging but, to checkout the lunch buffet. One of those, all-you-can-eat, diners always, gets my undivided attention. This one wasn't cheap but, it was probably, the finest, I've enjoyed anywhere in Okinawa. The selections of food were unbelievable and, everything was mouthwatering delicious. They even had Prime Rib. I ate so much, there was no room for cakes and ice cream, for desert. Well worth, a few extra yen, to me !

We stayed here for two days for our first visit to Okinawa, and are so glad we did. The rooms are spacious and tastefully decorated. The breakfast buffet is amazing, with lots of western and Japanese food options. The location is amazing, with stunning views of the ocean and Naha airport. And finally, the onsen is just fantastic. Huge space with lots of pools and saunas. Free entry for hotel guests, so make the most of it while staying here for a relaxing time.

Great first onsen experience. Very pretty structure offering indoor and outdoor hot baths, three outdoor hot tubs for single person, two saunas (mist and dry) and a cold water pool post-sauna. Body scrub with salt cream and massage in the outdoor area were awesome. The day was cloudy but on a good one i expect the sea view at sunset to be spectacular.

Great onsen, offers several onsen in the same hotel, male and female onsen switch daily. The breakfast that comes with the stay is great too, except the tempura which was no longer crunchy when served

You can go there only to use onsen. Costs 1550 on the weekend. 200 yen cheaper on weekdays. Towels included. No tattoos allowed.

I am an onsen buff and been to many. This one is not so big or have any special facilities. But one of the pool have an amazing ocean view.

Tip: Best time to go is before sunset
