HANDS Ginza

The store has a lot of stationary. The staff is really helpful and despite not being able to speak the language, they answered every one of my questions. Their inventory for Copic markers and refills along with brands such as Uni, Pilot, Rotring, and Deleter is impeccable.

You will find random household items and inventions that you didn’t even know you needed, spent an entire afternoon there. Staff are helpful and friendly. Even have some pretty decent restaurants at the top floors after a full day of shopping.

The store literally has everything you need for arts and crafts. I bought a cardboard box to put more stuff that I cannot fit in my luggages (to check them in at the airport). They also sell luggages of high quality, some branded bags (like Porter brand), and plants.

Across the street from Matsuya Ginza (I think they are related companies), this store has something for everyone. From outdoor gear, to housewares to stationary.

Many floors filled with items, could spend an afternoon here browsing.

I am always lost for words when visiting Tokyu Hands. The main shop in Shibuya is more quirky bit this is no slouch. It is must-visit place. Opens at 11am.

Department store with 9 floors of things to look at. Worth checking out. Especially the made in Japan nail clippers!

Fantastic place to go hog wild shopping for all things you might need or want, from toiletries to luggage to office supplies to whatever else you can think of. Maybe it's the Japanese equivalent of Target? Haha I'm not sure, but it's a hoot and a half. If you're ever in Tokyo you should check it out.

While others talked about customer service, these guys actually practice it. Never experienced a level of services well beyond the call of duty. Been shopping here for years as this place have always a wonderful selection of products with a great customer service to back them up. Thank you Ms Ogaki for your wonderful assistance!

Ok, just when we thought we'd seen it all, this experience took the prize! Started at floor 1 and worked our way up. From crafts to camping gear, you will probably walk out spending half your life savings like we did!😀

One of the biggest Hands store. The shop shares 5 floars with good selection of goods like travel, kitchen, stationary, health and DIY. You will find something smart, useful and functional.

Just the most wonderful place to pick up things that make your daily life chores easier.

Great store, less comprehensive than the one in Shibuya or Shinjuku, but it's more relaxed and has less people. The DIY section is huge too.

The store is also called Ginza Hands (probably its being located at Ginza area) at it starts from the 5th storey to the 9th storey of the Marronier Gate Building.

This is a place not to be missed everytime I travel to Japan.
