We had a great experience renting a car in this branch. Booked less than a week before the selected day equipped with the ETC card (you will pay after you return) and also with the toddler seat on the back perfectly installed. We booked for a day trip to Kawaguchiko area and even though their english isn't that good, they were very helpful and quick. They check everything before and after. We rented and returned the car without hassle.

Staff is friendly and service is good.
The car is ready for you with full tank gas on the day of your collection day.

マイクロバスをレンタルしました。北口からすぐ近いけど、コインパーキング集中エリアなので、広くて集まりやすい。スタッフさんが親切丁寧です。

地點超正，對於我地嚟東京住兩晚之後攞車去山區十分就腳(因為周圍都係平價酒店)。
店内員工，殷勤有禮， 態度誠懇，
攞車後沒有發現對出道路係單程路，而我返方向以行，她們追出來. 好緊張但好有禮貌阻止我前行，比警察發現就大鑊要罰十幾萬¥😲😜

いつもお世話になっております。個人的にトヨタ、ダイハツの車が運転しやすいので、ここばかり利用しています。
カーシェアとか他のレンタカー屋とかも利用しましたが、最終的にここに落ち着くという。
