The staff here is extremely friendly, and my attendant spoke excellent English and was very professional! Even though I didn't end up finding the right pair of shoes, they were still very enthusiastic.

I had a great experience at the store! The stuff was very helpful and made sure that I would buy the perfect shoe.

The store itself is beautiful and I am sure that everyone who wants to buy a pair of Clarks will have the same super nice experience!

Just snagged a pair of Wallabees for wifey. A few days ago, the long-braided lady helped us, but we decided to explore other stores. Today, we revisited for the experience (no tax-free sadly), and she remembered my wife's choice! At the cashier, she even threw in an extra Clarks tag for me, knowing I'm a big fan and one for my wifey's wallabee. Kudos to her dedication and impeccable service! 👏👢 #ClarksFan #Impressed

Ich trage seit Jahren CLARKS aber einen so hervorragenden Service durfte ich bis jetzt noch nirgends erleben.
Die Jungs vor Ort sprechen englisch und haben einen super Umgang mit ihren Kunden. Wenn der Clarks Original Store Tokyo nicht 10.000 Kilometer entfernt wäre wäre ich öfter zu Gast.
