Yutaka Coin Laundry

Easy to use and economical. There are 5 washing machines and 4 dryers available. The washing cycle lasts 30 minutes and it costs 500¥, the drying cycle is 100¥ for 10 minutes (40 minutes at low temperature was enough time for what we washed, mainly T-shirts and underwear and a couple of jeans).
You will need washing powder, if you don’t have any you can buy it from the machine for 30¥.

Note that 16 and 17 Nov 2023 it will be closed. Bring a wet tissue to clean the bottom of washer, mine had some lint stuck to my clothes now. Otherwise does the job would come back again if required. :)

I used this no frills laundry on a public holiday and had no problems. I arrived without coins but atleast I had 1000 yen note which can be used to purchase washing powder and dispense 100 yen ;) as they only use 100 yen coins. For washing, if you have few cloths i.e. less than 10 items then use their only small washing machine which is 300 yen. Otherwise the larger ones take 500 yen. Washing is 30 minutes. Drying takes 30 minutes at 100 yen per 10 minutes i.e. 300 yen all up. In summary cheap and all washing done in 1 hour.

Handy location, opposite of ANA intercontinental hotel. Clean & tidy, merely a tiny fraction of what the hotel laundry charges

Easy and affordable

いつも利用しているが、混んでいて洗濯できなかった事は一度もない。たいてい空いていて待たずに利用できる。店内や洗濯機も常にきれいに掃除されている。

Fast and efficient! Though I have to say, the vending machine for Laundry Detergent didn't work when I was there. So I had to run to the closest konbini and buy some.

Quite easy to use. The only downside is there isn’t a change machine and the washers and dryers only take 100 yen coins. However the vending machine for the washing detergent takes other coins and 1000 yen notes. Also there is a drinks vending machine outside which again takes 1000 notes so easy to get change.

Convenient location next to the ANA Intercontinental hotel. Basic coin op laundry, Washers are 500 Yen for 30 minutes. Dryers are 100 Yen for 10 minutes. Clean but small facility for your basic laundry needs!

Your average coin laundry. It's very small (5 washers, 4 driers) with no staff on site, so it can end up with the machines being totally full or if you have difficulties there's no help. It's very cramped and very hot, but most people will start the machines then return to do move them along.
