グッドスキル(sports&fitness GOOD SKILL)

I have been a member of this gym for seven years. Even though I live far away I would never join another gym. It’s the best training. The owner is a professional UFC fighter and if you want serious training he can give it to you. But if you’re a casual, you won’t feel intimidated, as it’s a very friendly family atmosphere and you can engage in a fun workout instead with the benefits of boxing. The owner is an amazing human being and an honorable family man. There’s lots of laughing and joking, and the people here are amazing. Also the music is decent — not your usual mainstream cuts! In addition, it has a really good benchpress machine. All in all, I really look forward to going here every week and it’s an important part of my life. It really does feel like a family, and you can not only pump up here but get amazing mental benefits and a sense of discipline. If you don’t speak Japanese, please speak to the owner first before joining as some level of Japanese is recommended in order to make sure everything runs smoothly.

水曜柔術クラスに参加させて頂きました。
インストラクターは光岡先生。

直にスパーもして頂きました。
別スペースではクライムミル（この器具がある格闘技ジムは初遭遇しました）されていたり、
パワーラックで筋トレをされていたり
都市部としては広いスペースがあり、自分のペース、自分のやりたいことが出来る印象です。

またジムには柴犬のターボくんとニコちゃんが居て
犬好きにはたまりませんでした。

会員の皆様もビジターの自分にも
優しく接して頂きました。
