DJI Store Toranomon

I think this is the only official DJI store in Tokyo. There are 2 reasons you want to come here. First, you get to feel the real products so you know how big and how heavy they are. You can see those information on the spec page, but I feel you get a better idea if you can actually pick it up and feel them. The 2nd reason is their warranty. As I understand, if you buy a DJI product from a dealer like Bic Camera, the warranty is a bit complicated and not as good or as smooth as buying straight from the official store. I had some questions and the staff was able to answer. If you are nearby, it’s nice to stop by and check out what you wanna see.

I had an issue with the propeller screws of my Mini 3 Pro and brought it into the shop to see if they could be removed and replaced. The staff working at the shop spoke very good English and were very kind and helpful. They managed to fix my drone and even verified that it was operating correctly by flying it in their test area. I tried to pay for their assistance but they wouldn't accept payment and even gave me a spare pair of propellers for free.

10/10 customer experience I cannot recommend them enough.

I am happy with store, I was worried that I wouldn't be able to to communicate, but luckily Hirotaka in the store speaks English and we were able to work things out. They even gave me a 5% discount! Very friendly 😀

ドローン購入を検討していて、ネットだけだとサイズ感や重量感がわからなかったのでレビューやお店のYouTubeみて来店。

店員さんが色々丁寧に説明していただいて理解が深まりました。空撮時に利用したらいいサービスとか色々紹介いただいてますます買う気になりました！

あと一番良かったのが実機をいじれるところ、店頭に配備していたものを専用の場所で飛ばさせてもらいましたが、最新の送信機の画面の綺麗さにビビりました。全方向障害物センサーついてたので旋回しかしなかったものの、触れて購入意欲がさらに掻き立てられました。

ドローン初購入のため色々悩んでいたんですが、実際店舗に行って色々聞けてすごい良かったです。初購入の方は特におすすめだと思います(購入後もアクティベーションとか色々やることあると思うのでそういう意味では店舗があって心強いです)

息子が行きたい！と言ったので、わざわざ岐阜からdjiストアに。これをネタに夏休みの東京観光に。夜行バスで新宿→スカイツリー→浅草→東横インで宿泊→お台場→djiストア
東京駅〜新幹線で帰路へ。途中、こどもがすねるタイミングも数回ありつつ、djiストアの女性スタッフがとても丁寧に接客して頂き、数種類の機器をテストフライトさせていただき、最後に記念品のボールペンをいただいて、大満足‼
