The right place to have dessert with friend n family. My favorite was the ice chocolate the taste was just nice 😋 🤤

The only thing have to take note was they only accept cash for payment

I came in after shopping and it wasn't too busy. The cafe is the perfect spot to relax. It has a great view of the street below, which makes it a nice spot to watch people go by. They have an English menu with pictures. They had desserts based off of the horoscope signs, so I got the one based off of my own. They had drink options as well and I went for the apple ice tea. The presentation of the food is great. The cafe based off of the Milky Way had really cute items. The food tasted good too! This cafe is perfect for a break from shopping.

Stumbled upon this place after walking out the station and was very pleasantly surprised. Even though the food specialises in desserts, quality wasnt sacrificed from any of the food that we ordered from the main menu.
The specialty drinks are on the pricier side (600-900¥), but it's what you come to expect from a themed restaurant.
The staff are very polite and friendly, and an English menu is available.

Love Love this cafe. Been here multiple times. Nice view over busy Ikebukuro crossing. Friendly service, English menu plus models. I always get one of their horoscope ice cream sundaes. Unfortunately, they get the horoscopes completely wrong in term of month ... Maybe that's their personal sarcasm :p? You can see the cafe on the second floor from far.

The desert I got looked very fancy and beautifully decorated. It was mostly fruits, with some jello pieces, 2 star cookies, and mochi ice cream in the center. In comparison to American desserts, it wasn't too sweet or fatty, and tasted great!

Staff were super nice and they were kind to let me use birthday candles on my dessert. Melon float was full of flavour and dessert had everything you could imagine. English menus, no smoking in the cafe and nice views out to the busy streets. Would go again tomorrow if possible :)

This place is so wonderful! I love stars and they really stick with their theme. I had ordered an iced drink and an ice cream and the drink was in a star shaped glass and the perfect amount of sweet and the ice cream parfait, which you can choose according to your star sign if you wish, was so beautifully created and also so so tasty. Please go there.

Yummy parfraits in a very nice setting. The Leo one is my favorite.

A good place to crash in for a short break with tasty sweets!

Everything tastes fresh and light. After so many heavy, big meals in Tokyo, it was nice to relax at Milky Way. Their sandwiches are good, and their sodas are even better. I highly recommend the melon soda (it's green and sweet!). The staff are friendly and attentive. The view of Ikebukuro is perfect for people watching. One of my favorite places to eat in Tokyo. No-pressure dining.

Spotted this on our way into Ikebukuro and had to go in, since I'm a big fan of space and astronomy.
The food was good. Served fast and fresh. The staff were very friendly, and adapted very quickly to the fact that my wife and I only know very elementary Japanese.

Milky Way cafe in Ikebukuro where EVERYTHING is star shaped! They have delicious drinks and amazing Ice cream! The vivid blue of the blue Hawaii drink was so cool and the melon parfait was light and creamy...totally delicious

Super adorable café! It id kind of noisy at some times but it’s definitely worth visiting this place everything is shaped like star and far one of the cutest cafes I’ve ever visited! :)
