Amazing restaurant and staff. The staff was extremely attentive to each individual patron. The chef personalized each individual’s drinks. The meals were prepared in front of you and to perfection. The fish dishes were fresh and flavorful. That night I had the beef selection which was on point as well. Prepared and seasoned perfectly. The establishments atmosphere was quaint and elegant. I will recommend this restaurant time and time again. Staff speak english and chef is eager to learn more. Come dine with him!

Excellent restaurant with nice atmosphere, good list of wine & sake, and of course wonderful dishes. They have a chef's course with fixed price - which is not at all expensive for the quality and taste - , and you can enjoy seasonal ingredients to the full extent. Their plates are nice too, so you can enjoy how the food is presented too.

Definitely a recommendation to any one who wants to enjoy Japanese food with Japanese sake and/or Japanese wine.

Just wow! Wow! Best meal we had in all of Japan! Caters to individuals extremely well. Large portions too make your money more than worth it!

お料理はお野菜、お魚もお肉も美味しくてボリュームがあります。お酒のアテにも食事にも最高です。お酒の種類も多いし、ノンアルは温かいお茶まであって最後まで飲み物も堪能できました。

三茶の夕（せき）に通いつめていた僕。

ベストスケールと詠った夕だったが
人気が高まり、常連でも、なかなか予約がとりにくい店になってしまった。
行列に並んでまで、、、うーん、、、行きたいけど。
混んでるのは嫌なのだ。
だからこそハナレができると知ってから毎日そわそわだった。

コース主体だが珠玉のアラカルトも健在。
席のユーティリティが広くなり
混みすぎないからマスターの怒り度も低い。
（ある意味、名物だとも感じていたが）
料理に文句のつけようもないのは当然、
店内の細部への拘りに、新規OPENなのに老舗の風格すら感じます。

三茶でさえアクセス良くなかったのに
ハナレの行きずらさは尚更だ。
こういう処探してたよ。マスターありがとう。

やっぱハナれられない処になってた。

靜巷中的隱藏版小店。9道菜含甜點才5400日圓，食材優、CP值爆高的套餐&令人驚艷的酒單，每一口都好吃得讓人想直接呼喚主廚爲他鼓掌。

コスパ最強のお店。
量が多いのですが、食べきれなかったらお店の方が包んで持ち帰らせてくれます。近くに行く予定がある際は必ずまた行きたいお店です。

5人で利用させて頂きました。
食事は丁度良い量、タイミングでできます。そのため会話が妨げられる事がほとんどなく、とても楽しい時間を過ごさせて頂きました。
また、料理に合わせたお酒のお勧めを試してみたり、お店側とのコミュニケーションも楽しめました。また利用します。ありがとうございました。

Nous avons souhaité faire un restaurant gastronomique pendant notre séjour à Tokyo. Nous n'avons pas été déçus : la cuisine était délicieuse. Merci à la serveuse qui a pris le temps de nous donner la traduction en Français des aliments que nous avons mangés. Mes restrictions alimentaires ont également été parfaitement respectées. Nous avons passé un excellent moment !

Mérite amplement sa place dans le Bib gourmand !!! Excellent rapport qualité/prix (tout doux). Cuisine typiquement japonaise, caractérisée par une simplicité raffinée, de la générosité et des touches d’originalité. Le service est impeccable. Le tout arrosé d’un délicieux saké. Magnifique surprise : nous reviendrons.

また行きたい。目にも舌にも美味しい。五感に響く。
