Hato bus Tokyo office

Some fellow co-workers and I went on the Hato bus tour while in Tokyo for business. It was the perfect nighttime team building activity and great since most of us were on our first trip to Japan. The tour was several hours and loved the different stops we got to go to including the Trade Tower, area outside the Emperor’s Palace, the religious district and temple, and a boat tour in the Tokyo harbor. We enjoyed the time in the buses with great viewing in-between each stop. I would take others or family to this tour in the future as it was a fun activity! The buses were clean and comfortable. The guides were friendly and enthusiastic.

We took the Panoramic Tokyo full day tour which took us to Meiji shrine, Imperial Place Plaza, Asakusa Kannon Temple & Nakamise, lunch at Toshi Center Hotel, Tokyo Tower and Hama Rikyu Garden.

I had only booked a half day tour for my group but after interacting with Kumiko for 10-15mins when we were waiting for the tour to start, I requested to change to a full day tour as her pleasant disposition puts one at ease. Kumiko is an excellent guide. She is very knowledgeable and is able to maintain a delighted atmosphere for the group. She worked tirelessly throughout the day, always introducing the sights, answering our questions patiently, helping us to take photos, ensuring that we were well settled for lunch. I will definitely sign up for another tour by Kumiko the next day we are back in Tokyo :)

Bus was comfortable and clean. Our driver was always there waiting for us in the bus. Ride was very smooth with no bumps or swerves.

We had a late lunch at Toshi Centre Hotel. The hotel's lunch crowd had cleared by then so, it was mainly the people from the tour at the restaurant. Lunch was splendid with a small spread of salad buffet and a choice of main - either vegetarian spaghetti with tomato sauce or braised chicken. Beverages were also available at the drinks bar. Staff were very helpful and polite.

Overall, we are very pleased with our day tour and will definitely contact Hato bus for more tours in the future :)

The tour is not expensive, we did 1 hour open top bus for Tokyo city sightseeing. Friendly staff, comfortable waiting room.

My partner and I recently had the pleasure of taking a tour of Mt Fuji and Chureito Pagoda with Hato-Bus. Our tour guide, Kumiko, was excellent and super helpful. She was also very knowledgeable about the area, and she shared a lot of interesting facts and stories with us.
The coach driver, Mr Hosoda was also great; he made the drive to Mt Fuji very enjoyable.

We stopped at several different locations along the way, including the Fuji Lakes and Villages, the Highland Resort Hotel, and the Chureito Pagoda.

Although, Mt Fuji was a bit shy today (10/11/2023), hiding behind autumn fog. Nonetheless, the scenery was breathtaking, and we had plenty of time to take pictures and explore each location.

We had lunch at the Highland Resort, which was scrumptious and delicious.

The tour was well-paced, with enough time to see everything without feeling rushed. The overall experience was very positive, and I would definitely recommend this tour to others.

If you are looking for a reliable and enjoyable way to experience Mt Fuji and Chureito Pagoda, I highly recommend Hato-Bus.

We did the Mt.Fuji & Arakura Sengen Shrine tour with Nobu as our guide. She was excellent, very informative, funny, and kept us punctual. Highly recommend

Fun ride for my four-year-old son. He learned about London’s double-decker bus and wanted to try riding one. Would recommend bringing a hat with string in case of strong sun and wind.

Here in Australia we could learn a lot from Japan, they are so far ahead of us.

Need to improve translate devices for better clarity otherwise it's good.
