Very friendly and helpful sending my items by surface to Australia. The staff member knew enough English to help send my package including insurance, box and tracking with no issues.

I had a fantastic experience at the shinjuku post office today. The staff that I dealt with were all incredibly kind and helpful despite me not speaking Japanese aside from the very bare minimum. I had done my research ahead of time to know what the process was and had my shipping labels filled out online so they could be printed at the counter.

I arrived at 11:45 on a Thursday and was out before 12:30! Amazing.

Very helpful staff that helped us send two boxes back to our home country. Spoke fairly good English too, and perfect that this post office is opened on weekends !

They have an area for you to pack your packages as well, highly recommend !

The most convenient location and longest business hours by far. This post office is also opened on the weekends and very late in the evenings.

Just like to thank Mr Tanaka on my international mail back to Australia. Very friendly, knowledgeable and super helpful. This was very different to the other postmen, especially one wearing glasses at the counter and others around, also interacted were instead rude, made unwelcoming remarks and not helpful at all.

Please acknowledge, praise and reward Mr Tanaka.

Great! I wanted to send some postcards to my friends, but I didn't have postage stamps. It was Saturday, so post offices were closed. I had no time to wait until next week, because I was leaving on Sunday. This post office is the one that is opened pretty much all the time and I was so happy to find it. Got the postage stamps! Plus they took my postcards, put on the stamps and sent them away. Thank you so much!

Big post office. 1st floor has 5 ATMs. 2nd floor is their main counters.
When you go up to the 2nd floor, receptionists will greet you and ask you what you want. And, one female staff's answer to my need was perfect! Really surprised to see. Very quick and right solution without any problem at all. This is the sophisticated service level of Tokyo!

I love this place!! My fave post office on this side of Tokyo bc they're open 7 days a week!! As always with Japan Post, expect great service (though there may be a short wait) & free mailing supplies (tape, scissors, glue). They'll help you fill out all your forms & choose the right service for you.

open 24/7. if ur parcel to tokyo address gets accepted by midnight it arrives the next morning. international express (ems) parcel i brought there at 11pm left japan from haneda early in the morning while i was sleeping.

Open 7 days a week and they know how to handle international shipping.

Good and fast service. Everything you could ask from post office.
