Hibiya Library & Museum

One of the best public libraries in japan. It’s very large and clean. They have a good selections of books in English. It’s a nice AC space with a good view. It’s free to come in and read books, use wifi, charge your phone, and sit and rest.

A great place to study near Kasumigaseki (or Uchisaiwaicho) station. There are quite a few seats on the third floor to use, but it starts to get crowded from 15:00.

This is a very nice air-conditioned library, located inside a big park.
English books option is available as well.

A great cafe for getting some work done while visiting Tokyo. Lots of power outlets, big windows, and desk-like tables.

I came on a hunch that large libraries tend to attract an academic crowd and was not disappointed by the the atmosphere in the cafe here.

The cafe in this place is a great place to grab a coffee and get some work done. Staff is really friendly.

Pretty big. Pretty nice. Has a cafe inside. Had a pretty cool American second with some interesting things there. From what I can tell their minding system is the same to the US (at least arts nonfiction line music is the same number).

千代田区の図書館なのですが、文化館という名のとおり地域の資料館でもあります。

１階には、千代田区の郷土資料館としての常設展示があります。小規模な展示ではありますが、江戸城があった街ということで、他の自治体と比較すると江戸時代前くらいからの展示が手厚い印象です。
また、同じく１階に特別展示室があり、特別展・企画展などが開催されています。企画によって観覧料が変わります。

４階には、明治・大正期の官僚・政治家であった内田嘉吉の蔵書を収めた内田嘉吉文庫があり、その内容を紹介するミニ展示があります。

企画展などに合わせて訪れてみると良いと思います。

図書館好きな私は、以前から来たかった場所です♡
やはり居心地が良く、読書に集中出来ました。勉強も♡
Wi-Fiもフリーで、展示室や、一階にはカフェもあり、自販機も多種豊富で、充実です。
これからはお気に入りの図書館として、時々利用させてもらいます♡
内幸町駅のA7出口から徒歩ですぐ。日比谷公園の敷地内？隣接しています。
空と緑を感じることも出来て、ゆっくり過ごしたい図書館です。

区立図書館としては異色の存在です。
稀覯本のコーナー、有料の閲覧室、常設展、企画展（無料/有料）、書籍販売しているカフェなどがあり、イベントも多く開催されています。
読書に疲れたら日比谷公園の散歩で気分転換でき、終日過ごせます。

Wi-Fiはパスワードが必要ですが無料で使えます、紅葉を窓から眺めることができ、すごく綺麗で落ち着ける場所でした。
平日はサラリーマンで混んでいるとの書き込みが多いですが、特にそんな印象はありませんでした。個人席は空いていませんでしたが、4人席などは空いており、予約専用の充電できる席も半分ほど空いていました。
本、雑誌とても充実してます、この近くが職場の人がとても羨ましく思います。
カフェも手ごろな価格です、また来ます。

館内は綺麗だし、蔵書数もかなりだし、展示場もあるし、素晴らしい図書館です！
