breadworks Tennozu

a very warm and cozy cafe! i needed an early wake up that day and concerning place to have a breakfast, found that here opens early at 7am. walked all the way from Shinagawa, it took about 15-20 mins. once stepped in, my heart was melted by this warm white place and all the freshly bakes! a lot of choices here so i spent some time. finally i got 2 pastries and can't resist the soup of the day! it's mushroom chowder. the soup was so warm and thick. i had a good time here quietly with the food and soup, charged up for the day! it was too cold to sit at the outdoor but it looked nice indeed.

The pastries were good! It's located near Tennozu canal and also has seats outside so you can enjoy the ambience too.

A nice, elegant bakery that also offers simple lunch option. Quality is great and the location in front of the river is special. They also have outdoor seating at the canal in the outside area during lunchtime.

The bread, pastries, and deli section are all delicious! This is the perfect spot for brunch on the patio, with scenic views overlooking the water. Everything was excellent and the ambiance was great! Can’t wait to return and try more things.

The menu has a good variety and only a few places have good view. It is best to reserve your spot to avoid the long lines... Today it was a 90 minutes waiting period till ypu get your spot for dinner.

Free wifi, friendly and helpful staff:) they have terrace seats as well! They also have sockets you can charge your phones and laptops :)

It must be the only place in Tokyo where you can find really good European coffee with delicious bakery. In warm weather can seat outside with great view to sea-canals.

You can enjoy various kinds of bread, great cakes, healthy salad plates etc:) they have terrace seats as well. You can even sit on a ship in front of the cafe 😄totally recommended:)

Location is good and settings are lovely. You can look out towards the river or enjoy the chic and calming decoration. Nice place to get some works done.

Good tasty and fresh bread. A place you can chill out have a cup of coffee (with bread) enjoy study or work with very nice view.

Normally i find it hard to find decent bread in Japan as only the sweet desert type is readily available. But here they had all kinds from small sandwiches savoury and sweet. To whole loafs you can buy. I really recommend checking it out.

My favourite cafe in Tokyo!! I spent countless days here either enjoying lunch with friends, studying or reading a book. Prices are very reasonable for what you get and this cafe just ticks all the boxes. Can't wait to visit again when I return to Japan!

Calm place to work. Very good products (pastries and such). Also nice salads. Staff is nice, setting is pleasent. I stayed there the whole day to work and I was satisfied. Electric sockets are available on some tables for computers etc...

We were staying around the corner at Dai-ichi Hotel Tokyo Seafort and didn't want to have hotel breakfasts.

Found this on googlemaps and tried it based on the reviews. Went back the next day as well because the quality of the food.

Nice location near the water, converted warehouse with a pretty good vibe. Didn't see many tourists at all, mainly local professionals and mum's catching up for a coffee and a great feed.

Everything we tried was delicious, various sweet and savoury pastries, cakes,breads, cauliflower soup......All very yummy.

A little more expensive than a regular cafe, but for really fantastic food , actually great value compared to anywhere similar in Sydney, Melbourne, etc.

We usually stay in Shinagawa and love walking across the bridge to this little Breadworks for breakfast instead of eating at the hotel.(there is also one located next to Cicada restaurant in the Omotesando area) When it's warm you can sit outside looking out at the water. Extremely delicious baked goods! Excellent service.

Coffee was sooo good. They don't have flavored coffee...most cafes in Japan don't...but it didn't matter. Very good
