Passed by this bakery and decided to go in to grab some breads. One of the best decisions I made!!

The ladies inside the shop were so friendly and full of energy. Felt so welcomed! We know limited Japanese and they spoke a bit of English to help us during check out (asked if we need bag).

They had a great variety of breads. I picked the yomogi mochi bun (I liked the mochi so much!!! It had red bean paste inside), matcha bun (probably matcha powder mixed with white bean paste) and tuna & egg sando (I enjoyed it with drip coffee).

All were delicious! They put good amount of stuffing inside the buns.

They accepted Suica, which was very convenient for me!!

Such a lovely bakery, ordered multiple items and all tasted amazing! Service was fantastic and all the food was labeled in Japanese and English. Highly recommend stopping in for brekkie or a snack

Nice bakery here in Asakusa with tasty affordable products. The team are very helpful and friendly and were very caring when dealing with our daughters food allergy requirements. We went every morning while staying here and will miss it greatly when we go back to Australia. We definitely recommend coming here to start you day!

Unbelievably good!
The specialty of this bakery is bean paste bread, or offshoots of the very popular Japanese sweet, an-pan. They have an extensive array of fillings and flavors and you should try them all, including the seasonal flavors. Bean paste fillings might seem very intimidating a flavor at first but it is delicious. The employees are also very welcoming and love to try their English.

Fantastic breads. I’ve been here multiple times and I’m always impressed. They have seasonal breads, like mikan anpan, kabocha anpan, sakura mochi anpan, and more.

So delicious! The read bean paste isn't very sweet. Bread is soft and fluffy.
High recommended cheese anpan, they put a good amount of cheese in side!

Literally delicious. Very accessible for foreigners if you have a translating app on your phone. In all honesty, you don’t even need it. I could eat everything thing in that store. Donuts, pastries, and bread were delicojs

Fresh and delicious. I had a great custard bun and it was still warm. Butter and egg flavour abound! You must go here!

Their buns and pastries are similar to Chinese and Mexican sweet buns, but more refined (so Japanese). Their specialty is anpan, a bun with sweet red bean filling. Everything is just delicious. Grab some coffee here and one or two of their pastries before heading over to Sensoji. Wish they had an outpost in San Francisco.

Yummy buns. Their 塩あんパン, slightly salty bun with anko inside, is just delicious. I’m an anpan lover and this place is one of my favourites in Tokyo.

Great Bakery - Lots of choice and the cakes and savouries are really tasty and cheap too! Open from 8am - 6pm daily, except holidays. They speak English and provide great customer service!

The curry bread was amazing, and even the bean one was really good the best I've had!!

Incredible sweet bean paste pastries. Staff are super nice and helpful. Went here every morning while staying in Asakusa. Highly recommend!

浅草寺の裏にあるあんぱん屋さん
あんぱんの種類が豊富。

下記2つを購入したが、どちらもとても美味しかった。

・三種パン(カボチャ、スイートポテト、メロン)
あんがしっかり入っていて満足

・こしあんぱん
美味しかった。

また、浅草に立ち寄った際には行きたいパン屋さん

前から来たかったあんですさん！ついに実現しました。噂のあんぱんは旧き良き時代を彷彿とさせる、本当に素朴で美味しいパンです。

近年美味しいと思ったパンでも添加物が多く、個人的には酒精が強いものが苦手なのですが、あんですさんのものはクラシックで優しい味がします。

極めつけは何とあんこ嫌いだった姪っ子がアンパンを見た瞬間に騒ぎ出し(アンパンマンの方はは勿体無くて取っておくと言い 笑)、あっという間に食べてしまいました…母親が不思議がってたのが面白かったです 笑

次回は是非他の味も試して見たいです！
