Visiting Tokyo and was able to make same day appointment. Got antibiotics for my throat infection which allowed me to get rest and enjoy the last few days of my trip! Also received various others meds as well. Doctor T went to UCLA med school and speaks fluent English. Very quick, no wait. I highly recommend.

Came down with a Sinus infection and the staff was super helpful and professional. The Dr. filled the prescription right in the office. I was in and out in 30min with my meds and the documents to file with my travel insurance.

I've read some of the reviews..and am surprised at the negative ones because Dr T went above and beyond.
My wife was quite unwell..he diagnosed her correctly and prescribed the right meds. She was in a lot of pain..and he asked us to call the next day and update him. So we did..and he said to give it another day. She improved by the day after.. but we didn't call. I was surprised to get a call from him personally in the afternoon to ask about her condition and to make sure she is recovering well.
Now that is rare these days...anywhere!

Fantastic clinic. So kind, courteous, efficient, and professional. I am visiting and had an acute issue that they addressed so phenomenally. Due to pre-existing issue this was critical care for me and they had me seen, lab test, and out with prescription in under 1 hr.

Doctor & all staff speak very very good english. All are very friendly, warm people. I have visited the clinic 2 or 3 times now, and I have been very happy with all of my experiences. Costs are average. National Health Insurance is ACCEPTED (despite what their website says). Highly recommended to anyone who is seeking an English speaking doctor/clinic in Tokyo.

I came last year when I thought I had severe asthma (it was possibly covid) and it was at the time that Japan hospitals were avoiding potential covid patients at all costs. The doctor spent almost an hour calling around trying to get me in to no avail but the extreme effort was there. I went home to recover, and he then called me every day for a week to check in and see how my breathing was and to check I knew the ph number for the ambulance if things got worse. Ive never recieved that kind of extra support from any other doctor in and out of Japan!
In other experiences, the reception staff have worked hard to get me appointments (ex. MRI) closest to my station, so I don't have to travel far.

It is these kinds of thoughtful actions that make me really recommend this place!!!

Great visits always. I like the quick service. No issues ever and been my go to clinic for 5 years in Tokyo.

Great English-speaking general practitioner for the whole family. In-clinic pharmacy--he prescribes and fills. Friendly and helpful staff. I have always gotten an appointment to be seen within 30 minutes of calling them. Very convenient. Parking is the only tricky part, but just ask for an explanation over the phone. Once you've parked once, you'll know what to do from there on our. ;) This is an expat's "easy button" for a general practitioner in Tokyo. Highly recommended.

I went to this place and it was really nice for several reasons :
- everyone is nice and speak a fluent English.
- they take the japanese company insurance card
- after the examination they give you all the medication with the notice in English.
- I was diagnosed a flu and the total cost was 5500円 (prescription pills included).

A great place for foreigners indeed! Hugely recommended.

Dr T was our family dr while we lived in Tokyo for 3 years and he and his staff are wonderful people. It was always easy to get an appt and all the staff speak prefect English. Would highly recommend.

Prompt, thorough and professional services from Tsutsumi-sensei. Everything about this clinic is amazing. We came in just as they opened, waited around 10 minutes before seeing the doctor and then left with all the needed prescriptions to take care of the sickness. Highly recommended.

Dr. Tsutsumi and the rest of the staff were very thorough, professional, and kind. I was able to make an appointment and be seen within an hour and I was quickly cared for. All of the staff spoke fluent English and made me feel very comfortable.

Extremely friendly doctor. Completely fluent in English. Reception staff very friendly and welcoming as well. I was in and out very quickly. Would definitely come back here again.

My hubby was having high fever for over 24 hours. We called right before they're closing and the doctor told us to just go in. He stayed late just to see him. Ran some test and got the result in 15 min. We also forgot to bring his insurance card and he told us to just email. Thanks doc!

7th floor internal medicine. Dr Tustsui educated in America. He and all of the staff speak English.

They take credit card which is rare in doctors office in Japan.

It's comforting to come to a clinic and experience a warm visit - the doctor and team were so friendly. Will make it my go to clinic.
