Buddy Buddy Music Cafe

A friend & I arrived a couple hours before closing so it was just us and the staff in - that didn’t matter though because we had the best time ever here. The owner is such a kind and pleasant soul with a lovely taste in music and an even better personality. He switched the vinyl playing to match the mood and even played an Elvis Presley joint on his ukulele for us. Truly magical - please visit this place!

This place seems to be a music bar for music and drinks in the evening, but coffee, fine, and the ambience, welcoming. Music lovers and stringers shall find it very attractive, I bet, and thanks.

One of the first places I visited on my trip to Tokyo. the house we rented just happened to be close by and I came Across this little gem of a bar on the first night. Atmosphere is amazing , and so friendly towards foreigners! I am a guitarist and he let me play his guitar every night I came by. I have 3 days left in japan and I will definitely be back again before I leave. If you are in the area and want a small quaint bar that has all of your musical wants and needs this is the bar. Amazing small music cafe. The owners are extremely nice and thier original blend siphon coffee is super delicious.

The best 'off the beaten path' bar you will find in Shibuya (Tokyo), especially if you are a music lover! The owner's collection of vinyl LPs and the twin turntables will reconnect may patrons with the nostalgic sounds of their youth. Also, with chromecast TV, music lovers can enjoy access to the music of their choosing. For a touch of live music, in-between pouring drinks, be sure to ask the owner -- call him "Otōsan" -- to play the guitar. This man lives music! He also speaks English and will gladly help you refine your Japanese language skills.

I have not tried the food here; however, they do know how to pour a good drink. My evening choice was a couple of gin & tonics and a lovely Yamazaki Single Malt Whisky.

Be sure to offer to buy "Otōsan" a drink and enjoy the evening's music, entertainment, and new friends you will discover at this cozy bar.

Brilliant cafe with a lovely atmosphere, and excellent curry and rice! The owner played me some excellent music and tolerated my unskillful attempts at Japanese. I will definitely be coming again!

This is a very good cafe! Great ambiance, great coffee, and a very friendly couple that runs the place. I came during daytime but it looks like at nighttime it turns into a good spot for drinks, with a full bar and a DJ setup. I loved coming here.
