Shinagawa Yashio Post Office

Today was my first visit at the Shinagawa Yashio Post office. I appreciate the kind staff members who have provided me with good communication and service, as they also helped guide me through the necessary steps for my request. Overall, I had a pleasant time there and would like to rely on their services again when the time comes.

Good and foreigner friendly staffs, they know very little English to communicate and support to complete your work.

Efficient and helpful according to my experience.

23/9/15 初めて利用しましたが、受付の方（女性）が手数料が1番安くなる振り込み方法を教えてくれました。しかも私からお願いしたのではなく、その方からこうしたほうが安いと教えてくれたのが嬉しかったです。お忙しいのに、誠実な仕事ぶりに感動しました。帰るときもみんなで「ありがとうございます」と言っていたところが素敵だなと思いました。また利用したいと思いました！

いつも小さい子供を連れて行くことが多くワタワタしてしまうのですが、局員さんや他の利用者さんがとても優しく助かっています。

普通の郵便局。休日もATM稼働しており助かる。
