Ordered a ham sandwich and a fruit sandwich. Simple and classy plating with cleanly sliced sandwiches. They were simple yet delicious!! Could understand why their bakery has a long history and created this cafe. The overall waiting time of 15min was acceptable. Even though the cafe is small, I don’t find the place crammed nor noisy. So if you are in the area and looking for a light meal and a short break, this will be a good choice!

Arrived without a reservation and got a waiting number, No. 65. Since the previous customers with numbers didn't show up, we only had to wait for about 20-30 minutes before being seated. The staff was friendly, and the food was incredibly delicious. We ordered four dishes and two drinks for two adults and one child—superb taste! We'll definitely come back next time.

Well worth at least 1 visit. The seating is limited but you don't have to wait long. The food is beautifully presented and while small they are extremely tasty.

Have to mention the special soup. You must try it

I believe I will visit here again next time.

We came in early and took our number, and had to wait for almost 2 hours before getting our seats. We were fine with this as we expected the long queue.

The food was light and tasty! Our favourite is the omelette — it was very simple but one of the best that we’ve tried.

The specialty deli sandwiches from the morning menu all taste so good, and the presentation is gorgeous. Along with the smiles of the friendly staff and light jazz music in the background, the experience is totally wonderful.

Best toast ever! Expect a wait for your seat in this 20seater cafe. But the wait is worth it! Bread toasted over charcoal till perfection! Thick and fluffy. Ham is thick and good!!

It's a tiny walk from its bakery. Great range of toasties available, fresh and tasty. Also ordered the dessert red bean toasties, loved it! Will definitely recommend to people to stop by and have a quick bite after the long walk in kappabashi area!

We had to queue and wait for about 15 minutes (arriving 20 minutes after they opened). We were impressed with simple breakfasts that were prepared with much care. The coffee was also great.

A real must in asakusa. Coffee and bread was great. I regretted not getting the pork sandwich as it looked so good. Worth getting up to go to both the cafe and bakery.

Went around lunchtime so they were all out of fruit sandwiches. Get there early if you want to try that. The ham cutlet sandwich is really nice. There are specials menu items but it's written in Japanese on the board.

Cafe owned by Pelican bakery, Tokyo based bakery which have one of the best bread in town. Grab their char-grilled toast and ham&egg toast for breakfast. The bread is really good, mix with jam and butter, really uplift the taste.

Small cute cafe serving great food, and very attentive despite my lack of Japanese speaking.

Arrived shortly after opening, location was already full.

There is a clipboard with a space to write your name down to join the Que (I didn’t know this). Quite a long wait, but really enjoyed the food.

What a gem! A proper Japanese cafe experience. The most delicious, fluffy, crispy and perfect toast. Their katsu and fruit sandwiches are great also! Spotlessly clean and friendly and attentive staff. Be prepared to wait! There's a long queue of Japanese housewives to contend with! The bread is baked by their own bakery which is nearby.
