Amazing! My favorite department store in Tokyo, good selection of clothing & homeware.
Best of all, the food hall with a large selection of bento boxes, snacks including Squid & Crab crackers, sweet biscuits

Went to the Pawnshop Bargain sale in the 7th floor. Sale happens every April and October each year. Was able to buy a few bags - guaranteed legit!

Very nice department store. I should sueguest going to the the tempura restaurant for lunch. Even though they have expensive food, it worth it. Another great place is the model train store. I would definitely recommend going there for at least twenty minutes. Very nice place. Definitely come here to do your shopping. Easily accessable by the train.

A high-end department store located at Shinjuku station. Have some of the best food and beverage on par with department like Ginza. The staff are very friendly and helpful , even though they don't understand much English, they always try their best to help. It does get hard to look for a particular item as everything is in Japanese, but I did get what I wanted after a while. Will definitely come back as it is a very nice store. Will recommend if you are around the area or need some high end items for gifts or on a special occasion.

Many well-known brands. Foreign tourists get tax-free and an additional 5% off (as of 2023.08.02). Tax is included in the initial purchase and is then returned by cash at the tax return counter located on the 2nd floor. Passport and valid Japanese tourism VISA are required.

Great place to stock up on bentos (good luck deciding on one as they all look fantastic ) before setting off on trains or Expressway buses. Food hall is at Basement 1.

Department stores in Japan are so organized. You can always find food vendors in the basement selling anything from fresh fruits to tempura to fresh sushi. You can also find gift boxes as well. About 1 hour before closing many of these stalls will have timed sales. Starting from 20% to 50% as it gets closer to closing time. Perfect place to find cheap eats.

An interesting department store that you could spend hours just wandering through. They have a kimono section if you are looking for gifts which range in price. So if you are looking for something to bring back to that someone special you can buy a nice kimono for approx ¥4000 (2017). Also kids toys and other things you would expect from a department store but with a Japanese twist.

Shopped at Keio today. The selection of cosmetics is great. I was impressed with the service provided at the Tax refund counter. I was one of the last customers for the day, yet the lady serving me was patient and helpful. She speaks fluent English, one of the best I have encountered so far in Japan! She even led me to the elevator, although I have rejected the kind gesture. Thank you for your great help!

I like the cakes and sweets area, it's by the Keio subway lines. Really great selection, prices reasonable, and they're delicious. I'd really recommend them for gifts or special occasions.

Buddy who lives locally took me to the katsu place upstairs. It was incredible! Subsequently tried in vain multiple times at other places to find a katsu to match. Should have just gone back here every time. Batter was so light, meat so tender and juicy, sauce so delicious. Even the salad/dressing felt higher quality than other places.
