Coffee is from a machine, no decaf option. Store itself is great, the checkout line moved quickly even for tax free purchase

This store is so amazing! We love this brand and order from it all the time in the US so this was my first time visiting an actual location. 12 floors to explore, with a special floor on the top including Uniqlo coffee. They had fresh cut flowers on the bottom floor by the entrance that are beautiful. Staff are very very helpful on each floor. If you are traveling they do provide Tax Free shopping so be sure to bring your passport. We got so many items that were excited about. Good quality for a good price. You must come

Absolutely massive shop! Thankfully has space to sit when your girlfriend is shopping for hours.

Having been to the Ginza one just down the street, I can definitely say this Uniqlo is where you go if you want to find stuff quickly and with a bit less stress due to the open spaces.
It feels like the true flagship store in terms of layout, space optimization, and support staff.
This was where I got my Tokyo exclusive men’s black outer coat in my size after searching for the other place. Super happy the gentleman I talked to was willing to spend the time to search the back room for stock.

The Ginza one was fun to go to, but it definitely felt like the really cool showpiece for fans of the brand, but by virtue of the density of the aisles and sheer volume of people, it wasn’t fun to stand there and look/try pieces compared this larger location.

A top class clothing store where the range on offer is mind boggling. There are nearly 10 varieties of Hokusai shirts! The accessories are also worth buying. There is something for everyone here. A shopper's paradise!

A very large Uniqlo with plenty of change rooms. Alterations can be done by the next day. They also have a coffee stand on the ground floor.

My first time at a Uniqlo Flagship store. There are 12 Beautifully designed floors to explore, which include a Uniqlo coffee / floral shop and a custom embroidery section. The staff are also staff very kind and attentive!

Uniqlo is living in the future. First of all this store is MASSIVE and has got everything you need. Their cashiers are all self cashiers, and all you need to do is put the basket on the counter and it collects the information of all the items in your basket, and put it on the bill for you

Overall this is a nice place to buy some clothes, many varieties to choose from.

This is by far better n more variety compared to their Ginza HQ. So much space and makes the experience so much better.. also have GU, Theory and Diaso under same roof.. come here instead..

I enjoyed myself shopping at this uniqlo outlet than Uniqlo ginza. I felt it is easier to shop as everything is arranged by gender than types. Making it easier to view the clothing. They have many down option and price was attractive.

Staff only greets and replenishes the goods. They wont bother to help you unless you ask. Most of the staff stationed at the cashier which make no senses as they could walk the ground to help customer instead. You wont get amazing customer experience at this outlet but you will get amazing deal.

There is a GU in one of the level and Daiso at the top floor.

Great clothes and fashion, but they are not made to fit American's. If you have a toned muscular build, you'll needed to wear their XXXL's to compare to the XL US sized clothes if you don't want a tourniquet around your arms and shoulders

Huge store. Plenty of space for a good shopping experience. Very good quality cotton T-shirts and got me 2 with Tokyo characters and 2 plain white.

They have a wonderful pancake store on the 7th floor as well as various assortment of brands under one roof. Enjoyed my time here!

Incredible selection. It also features a nice little coffee shop, try the matcha latte.

First time in Ginza. Store was huge but also had a sale going on. The only issue we had was pay6 with cash. Just only pay with 1000 won bills( if you have anything larger the machines won't take)

Staff were friendly and could speak English. Clothing sold were of a large variety. Being in Ginza, it had a lot of tourists shopping there and had tax-free counters (need to spend ¥5500 and above to qualify for tax-free).
