Almost all branded bag, clothes, and cosmetic you can find in this place.

After going to 14 Rimowa dealers in 5 Japan cities during Xmas and New years, finally found one in stock here. Lined up early in the morning to get in. The sales provided great service and I left happy with my new Rimowa trunk. These are sold out everywhere in Japan during my trip and was extremely hard to find.

Love the Isetan in Shinjuku. The men's section is located in the annex building and has to crossed the bridgeway ! Was able to get my high quality neck tie clip and leather suspender belt !

If you're into high end fashion (for mens), this is definitely a place that you should visit. You can basically view what the luxury brands are offering.

Besides, the staffs there are super friendly and you would not feel pressured when you enquire more.

Staff at Mackintosh are extremely helpful. Thoroughly recommend them.

Absolutely wonderful. I never had experienced a mall dedicated to men, so it was such so refreshing to have everything I needed displayed in front of me, not tucked in some corner of the mall

Certain products are only available at this place. I was hunting for suitcase on that day.

This section of the department store caters to men, so male shoppers, as well as anyone trying to shop for a male friend, are in for a treat!

Great service overall, there are many brands on several floors to choose from, so you can certainly spend a good half-a-day browsing around.

Outside of the unbelievable service there is an incredible range of hard to find items and designers. If you're after a unique gift or something special for yourself this is absolutely the place to go. The focus on Japanese designers and Japan-only releases is also what attracts me to this store. If you need some new threads and in Shinjuku you really cannot go past Isetan.

It’s like a church for people who hang out in Shinjuku 2chome. They have everything a man would be looking for. Some shop staff members are a bit arrogant but most of them are quite friendly. Glad that they stopped putting tasteless things rich tourists would like on the ground floor.

Decent staff with high hospitability. Without doubt, one of the best depts. in Tokyo. Though slightly high prices, you will get quality products. If not to visit, why not ?

The Isetan buyers are the best in Tokyo. Good selection of Japanese & international brands. Only downside is the limited availability of larger sizes (e.g. shoe sizes above EU 44 / US 11).

Great selection of designers with a focus on Japanese designers. Big fan of what I saw in the store, many floors of men's clothing and accessories. Comme des garçons, maison kitsuné, and many more great options can be found inside.

Helpfull staffs, wide range of uptodate items, tax free if you bring passport and they have discount card, you can apply for it at the tax refund counter before you start shopping

Customer service: Everyone was super helpful and polite.
Selection: the only place where I found some options for my size.

Fancy. If you've got money to spend as a foreigner man, this place won't disappoint.
