Shiba Park

Visited Shiba Park to catch a distant view of Tokyo Tower, and it turned out to be the best spot for that iconic sight. Benches provide a comfortable perch, and it wasn't crowded on our Saturday night visit. Some locals were engaged in what seemed like a treasure hunt. The Tokyo Tower's lights change intermittently, and even without twinkling lights, its magnificence is undeniable.

It's the nearby park from Tokyo Tower. Lot's of tall trees, spacious and quiet area that's nice for taking a relaxing stroll or sit at a bench to meditate after a day's work. One can take a nice peak at the majestic Tokyo Tower too.
The center playground is a common place for kids to play sports. Came here this autumn and the leaves are starting to appear in red-orange-yellow colors.😊

The green belt around Zojoji Temple will form the basis of the park. It has existed in the center of Tokyo since 1873. This is a metropolitan park with various facilities scattered throughout the park. It's an oasis in the middle of the city, and it's a place where you can always feel refreshed.

On the left side of Zojoji Temple, there is a splendid statue of a Vajra warrior. Pass through the gate, climb the stairs, and you'll find a grassy area where you can see Tokyo Tower! The view of Tokyo Tower from Shiba Park is spectacular! 🗼

Really nice park that's very well maintained right next to the temple. Great for walking, sitting, or relaxing.

A beautiful park with a church in the middle that seems ro have alot of Japanese culture and history. Has a great view of the Tokyo tower.

Absolutely GORGEOUS temple grounds! There is so much to see with various shrines within. There is a great view of Tokyo Tower as well. I highly recommend stopping here!

Best bet for getting a clear view and shot on Tokyo tower without have to queueing up like any famous IG spot nearby.

Great views of Tokyo Tower in the background. Very quiet and great place to visit. They had a ceremony while I was there so I got to see a family be blessed by a monk. You can purchase charms inside and there are plenty of things to explore outside. I really enjoyed this place and the surrounding views. Definitely worth visiting.

Excellent park with sights of the Tokyo Tower, lots of playgrounds, open grass areas & shrines throughout the park. Great way to spend a day hanging out with friends.

I loved this park especially for the view of the Tokyo tower, so I would advice you to visit it during the dark hours. The shrine would be closed, but the Tower is magnificent with all its lights. Maybe check out if there are any cool events there, I was lucky enough to see an awesome candle night there. It's quite cute during the day too and is worth visiting as an addition to visiting the Tower (which should be a must!) since it's just 5 min away.

This not only a place for walk around, it is also great for running or footing.
on summer has the government’s public pool in quite a reasonable price to enjoy by yourself or family.
From this place you can enjoy Tokyo Tower view and few Budish Shrine close.
no so many place to eat around. but for sure around the nature, you will get a great power.

This park is only about 5mins walk to the Tokyo tower, omg it's so beautiful during the cherry blossoms season. It's worth to walk around the park just to enjoy the nature. It's very kids friendly because they have playground and a great place for family to have picnic.

Sometimes I stay at the nearby hotel on a business trip and take a walk in this park in the evening. I walked around Zoujoji Temple while looking up at the illuminated Tokyo Tower. There are a lot of historical buildings like Taitoku-in's former Somon Mausoleum, and I think that's where you can feel a lot of history in the group of buildings.

Public park centrally located in Minato ward, next to Tokyo tower and Zojoji temple… also close to Onarimon station…

This park is the place for Tokyo Christmas market during December till Christmas, this park also gave you the best view of Tokyo tower. During the Christmas time the park became quite packed with Japanese people and Tourist. I really enjoy the Christmas market here, with plenty of European food and beer, there also free with music and some show inside the park, the light and decoration is really amazing. If you will be in Tokyo during Christmas this is must visit place.

A nice place to walk around and see people's normal leisure days in this city.
Sometimes couples would choose here to take their wedding photograph with the view of Tokyo towel and the ambient temple ZOJO.
