Recently purchased my Sony mirrorless camera and G lens with a great deal ( tax free + additional discount ) in this store. Staff was very helpful. Liked this store. Lost of great electronic deals here.

Staff was very helpful in letting me know where I could locate a specific video game that I had been looking for.

To an German this store is remarkable because of several reasons: on the one hand it is incredibly noisy, all sorts of advertisements shout out their messages and the humans add up to the cacophony. Plus the light used is as bright as possible in a painstakingly blue white color, normally used for brain surgery. On the other hand you are in electronic wonderland. You find everything you want on 8 levels. And the staff is helpful and friendly even if you are not the polyglot type of guy. A fact you don't encounter in german stores. So, go there and shop till you drop.

Even though I realise that the model of tax free Baby G watch I purchased here wasn't necessarily cheaper than if I bought it online (on special) in my country, but there were other items sold here that are well priced. In Tokyo you can't get everything for these best price under one roof. You have to visit different stores if you're price sensitive.
I must commend the customer service on ground floor Baby G section. He's multi lingual and very attentive.

It has laptops, digital cameras,DSLRs, bags, daily needs, snacks, home appliances, watches and many other stuffs with reasonable price and the shop keepers always willing to help you to choose items by giving their recommendation. Always remember to pay the item that you bought in the same floor where you buy it except for daily needs.

I came in for a phone adapter for my wife, I left with the latest electronic face washer, electronic eyelash curler, head massage, and a shower head.

Realized I forgot about the adapter when I got home. Now too broke to go here again

BIC CAMERA here is quite small compared to the one in Osaka, but they have very friendly and accomodating staff here. I bought like most of my grocery souvenirs here :)) grocery is on the lower ground level :)

If you are a tourist you can get Sim Card Data here. Lots of choices just be careful of expiration and sizes of your Sim.
