atré Ebisu - West Building

A very popular place for a hamburger in Ebisu. The restaurant was packed when we went but the line was moving quickly. We lucked out and got a table. The burgers are very good, I got the Smoke Shack burger and the cherry pepper added a unique taste. I would eat here often because of the convenient location, but at the price it might be a bit high for that habit. The crinkle cut fries were potatoey, but nothing to write home about. I didn't get a shake, but I had a sip of my friends and I think I made a mistake and should have gotten one.

Very good food. Of course its a bit overpriced but nonetheless definitely worth the trip. Flavor of the month for the shack shake was custard which was so rich and delicious. Recommend you drop in and get your fix. Waiting was minimal despite a matsuri (festival) going on and it was raining. Take the west exit when leaving from the train and its on the first floor of the atre ebisu building.

Very few places in Japan have a perfect burger, but Shake Shack IS one of them. Price is slightly high-ish for a smaller amount of meat, but the quality is worth it. Fries are amazing. Shakes are just okay, though.

One of the best chain burgers in Japan. Awesome flavor and quality! The cheese fries are a nice touch. Tastes just like they do in the USA.

One of the best burger i've ever tasted. I love burger but i rarely eat one unless it's this good!! Burgerwise (9-10/10). Juice, right saltiness, tender, WANT TO BRING HOME!!!

It was pretty crowded, but as someone visiting the country from Australia it was nice to have food that felt more like home ^^

I got the most simple cheeseburger they offer and I really enjoyed it. It's very good quality and they're made it as close as possible to NY shake shacks as possible. The fries were awesome and I can't wait to try the cheese fries.

And the shakes. The caramel pretzel shake was satisfying me with little sips of it, then I took a big sip and felt like I was in a Willy Wonka's factory-like situation. The Dominique Ansel shake will also be something I'll try next time, too.

I'm not sure if you have to wait in the big line to eat inside, but I'm sure the people outside can let you know. Like Arnold Schwarzenegger and I have both said, I'll be back.

If you know shake shack, it shouldn't surprise you that the lines are usually out the door all weekend.

Very clean with quick turnover. A taste of home for New York expats and an exciting experience to share with locals.

I love the Ebisu location because it opens at 10, and most people aren't looking for burgers that early. Get there early and enjoy a nice burger without a crowd!

From New York to Tokyo! I think quality is still consistent - if you haven't tried the shake shack burger and custard then you definitely have to visit.

The food is very good, a bit pricey in comparison to fast food but it is worth the money. Avoid peak times.

I like Ebisu branch cause it isn't always packed and the waiting reasonable - burgers and service is always good.

So happy there's a Shake Shack in Tokyo! This is the second location. I always get the Shroom Stack.
