PORTER Omotesando Store

I came here twice, there is a waiting line. sometimes quite long, sometimes short queue. there is limitation of customer to enter the store to control the crowd.

the store is open exactly at 12PM. I heard that Porter bags will last for years through tough usage. I also see it from the fabric they used. they also have some collaboration with other brand such as Converse.

in the first floor mostly filled with casual used and second floor is kore exclusive. you can also get tax free here, dont forget to bring your passport here if you want to get one! :)

Porter bags are utilitarian EDC bags that will last for years through tough usage. Large selection of standard and exclusive collections between the two floors, with the first floor filled with mostly casual and Tanker style items, and the top floor with business oriented items. Absolutely loved the shopping experience with the friendly staff who took the time to explain and recommend items based on my preference. I’ll be coming back here every trip to Tokyo for a souvenir that will last for many years.

It’s hard to go here and not get excited. The atmosphere, the interior design, the products itself, the very helpful people in there. They let me browse as long as I need, help me get other options and answer all of my questions. I got the Heat series tote bag, perfect for what I need.

I recently visited this PORTER store & I have to say, the experience was fantastic! The staff was incredibly helpful and provided great service. One of the best things about this shop is their selection - they had a good inventory of bags and wallets, and their selection was better than the other PORTER brand shops around Tokyo.

Another great feature of this shop is that it is a tax-free shop, which makes their already fairly priced products even more affordable for tourists. This added benefit is a real standout and one that I appreciated.

One of the staff members observed me earnestly and came over to help introduce a bag I was looking at. Without me asking or looking over at all, he immediately came over to help me try it on & adjust the straps, which was a great experience :) Most of the staff seemed to have a great attitude and greeted all the customers both on the first floor and when we headed up to the second floor.

On my second visit, I returned to buy a sling bag, largely due to the fantastic service I received the first time. Both days, different male staff members on the second floor served me, and both were equally as earnest, helpful, and patient.

I loved the service and the products, and I would definitely come back here again and recommend to everyone! 👍

As a Porter kaban user, this flagship store is amazing. Their service is professionally, kind, and patiently assist you.

The store consists of 2 floors, lots of choices and there's always seasonal goods and exhibition within the showroom.

The interior of the store just makes it better. Porter Yoshida theme and color, lots of limited edition stuff too.

You have to walk little bit to find the store.

Store is huge and displays of products can be seen clearly. Staff is friendly and ready to service you. Showed them photo of my requested item and they immediately took it out for me. The purchase process was smooth. Thank you! Will be back.

Of the many other Porter stalls I went, this is the store you should visit if you looking for quality Japan brand bags..
My wife and I spend a good shopping time in this flagship store..
To make it short, we were being served by this gentleman Mr. 萩原san after his other colleagues.. He is very patient as we couldn't decide which bag/design suits us..
He gave us suggestions and explained the functionality of the bags and even brought out the other colours total 3 colours of the same design but not on display to let my wife try on..
His service and cool is top notch!
I have been to Ginza and the Exchange and their layout with bags in the cages are real bad.. imo

Staff are super friendly and speak English. The store is definitely worth visiting while in Japan.

Been desperately looking for a bag that I want in some of Porter stores; the staff simply said sold out and refused to check in other stores. Not helpful at all.

Beautiful store with a huge selection of Porter goods. The staff were friendly and helpful. We came for the Doraemon collaboration and was able to purchase the items we wanted except for the t-shirts that were sold out. Will come back again in the future to purchase more items.

Nice large store. Have a prettt large variety compared to the other Porter stores I visited. I was able to find the right sized shoulder bag here.

Was there earlier in the day but was disappointed with not being able to get what I wanted even though I was first in line. One of the Chinese staff was able to clearly explained the reason and had to go back in the evening to try to see if the purchase is open to the public... when I got back in the evening and the lady from Kyoto served me so well as she remembered me... though I overspent a little bit it was good experience...

If you are in Japan, it's a must to buy a Porter by Yoshida bag. It's a local Japanese brand available only in Japan, designed and made in Japan. If you like Porter then this boutique in Omotesando is a must visit. Nicely decor, the place has a large collection of Porter goods for every budget and also has boutique limited edition products you can't get elsewhere.

The place was crowded and the staff were very busy.

That said, the service was impeccable and the staff went above and beyond to cover all our requests that were quite a few :) I love this place and if you want something from Mr Porter you should visit it.
