Musashi-Koyama Shopping Street “Palm”

Very nice and well planned community in which has a complex indoor shopping market, very clean and wider walkway 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 nice to explore more local communities rather than visiting typical shopping areas when traveling

The shopping center that I like the most, because I think many of the shops that I often visit are here, such as KFC, Gyoumu Super, Kaldi, Muji, and many more. The location is very strategic because it is close to Musashikoyama Station. This shopping center is very long and the crowd level is normal. there are many small shops also selling cheap goods. highly recommended for shopping here.

Visited Tokyo many time, but this is first time stop by this street. It's covered with roof so no need to worry about rain. Fun to shop before heading to Haneda airport.

A lot of fun and very local experience. There is a lot of things to see and places to eat. The covered arcade makes it nice for a rainy day.

On my hunt for finding all of Tokyo’s shotengai, I stumbled upon this great local shotengai still serving as a strong, local shopping district - second hand clothing stores, restaurants, local family-run businesses and pop-up stores. Fully undercover too!

Tons of shops, a massive Daiso for all your cheap shopping needs! Nice place

This was second visit and had Keema vegetable curry. Underneath I found eggplant, mushroom, etc and very tasty.

Fun long street to walk under cover in rain, too. Nice variety of restaurants, bakeries and more.

就住在商店街附近，武藏小山真的是宜居宜人的好地方！超讚！

武蔵小山の駅前商店街。
関東地方では最長の800mにおよぶアーケードのある商店街です。
アーケードは完成当時は東洋一といわれたそうですが、現在では他に更に長いアーケードがあります。
ちなみに国内で1位は、高松市の商店街アーケードで長さは総延長約2.7kmで日本最長。
2位は大阪市北区にある天神橋筋商店街の総延長2.6kmだそうです。
パルム商店街ですが、近傍にある戸越銀座商店街が観光地化しているのに対し、日常使いの店が主体の普通の商店街です。
店舗数は250とのことですが、いろいろなチェーン店もあり、昔からの個人商店もあり、商店街としてのバランスがいいと思います。
都内では有数の活気のある商店街だと思います。
個人的なおすすめの店ですが
こみねベーカリー：アンパンがおいしい
タケヤデザートイン：学生服屋なのになぜか店頭でジェラートを売っている。これがおいしい。
王様といちご：テレビでも紹介されたジャンボパフェ
茶寮ベーカリー：美味しいお茶が飲めます。

パルム商店街の外れまで行くと、すぐ近くには戸越銀座商店街があります。
武蔵小山からパルム商店街を通り、戸越銀座商店街まで探訪するのがおすすめです。
(なお写真は早朝なので人がいません。）

駐車場もあるし、雨の日OKな商店街。都会にある下町的な感じで、人が親切な方が多いので好きな商店街です。今後開発が進んでも雰囲気は壊されないと良いなと思います。
