It's just perfect and delicious as always. Only one concern. they stop receiving oreders (fresh meet) for Zarb through their branches. You have to delever it to the main branch in marj alhamam or sheisani.

The best Zarb in Amman, cooked to perfection in a very authentic way. Whole lamb zarb, on a large rice platter is the ultimate feast!! The lamb is slowly cooked and smoked into a pit for long hours, it gets so tender and juicy and, literally, melts in your mouth. A must try dish, and Zarb master is the best spot to do so.

مطعم محترم واسعاره معقولة على الصحن الواحد ١٥ شامل كل شي... اللحم والرز طيب لا شك اللحم طري جدا juicy... وتغليفه مرتب يضع ورق الزبده فاصل بين القصدير واللطعام ... كان الافضل يكون تحميص الكاجو أقل ولونه أفتح وحبه أكبر ... مع اني لا أفضل المكسرات فوق المندي ...
