My stay at the Fairmont Hotel in Amman was exceptional. From the warm welcome to the elegant rooms and breathtaking views, every detail exceeded my expectations. The attentive staff in addition to the housekeeping staff demonstrated remarkable efficiency and promptness in maintaining the room's cleanliness, the delicious dining options, and overall commitment to excellence made for an unforgettable experience.

Excellent hotel. The premises are super luxurious. Clean and huge rooms. Nice food. The staff is amazing. At breakfast I had to order coffee and juice only one day. All the following days while I was looking for food my coffee and juice was in the table

I was in the restaurant SALT, and the experience was truely great. The steak was perfect, but it was the 3 types of butter for the bread that really stod out. The truffle butter was fantastic. Thanks to the restaurant team for very nice dinner.

Enjoyed our luxurious stay at this 5 Star hotel. Khaleel the bartender was most helpful and hospitable if there were more stars, we would give him all the stars at Wadi Rum!

We had a fantastic time dining at Tsuki. Mitchell provided us with excellent service and took great care of us. We enjoyed our experience so much that we decided to return, and we were pleased to see that Khaled and Fresh were just as welcoming and friendly as before. May also gave us a warm welcome and made us feel at home. We had a great time interacting with Chef Somsak, who provided us with an amazing taste of Asian cuisine.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Fairmont spa, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The facilities were immaculate, the ambiance was serene, and the service was top-notch.

I'd like to extend a special thank you to Sarah Nahleh, the spa supervisor, for her outstanding professionalism and dedication to ensuring every guest has a memorable experience. Her attention to detail and commitment to excellence truly made my visit unforgettable.

The hotel is well located in a quiet area and close to the center. The room was excellent, clean and in very good conditions with all the necessary amenities, including coffee machine, iron and tv. The bathroom is full equipped with separated shower and bathtub. The restaurants of the hotel were also excellent, serving plenty of local plates and international meals, especially Asian. The gym is also well equipped for weight lifting, cardio and classes. I will probably return next time I am in Amman.

What a great place to end our Jordanian adventure perfect in every way, staff were sensational, rooms ultra comfortable, and the buffet for breakfast and dinner superb, the sheer beauty in this hotel is somewhat overwhelming

The restaurant was amazing, thanks to Michelle, Khaled & Fresh with amazing service. Somsak delivered the real taste of Asia through his outstanding dish, We will come back.

I had a wonderful three nights here in early December and felt so well looked after the whole time. My corner room on the 10th floor was light, spacious, airy, quiet and super comfortable with everything you need for a good stay. The beds were very comfortable, the carpet soft and the views from my room out over Amman were amazing, especially and sunrise and sunset. The bathroom had a deep bath and excellent shower. The Le Labo products elevated the experience as well as touches like a luxury bath robe and Nespresso coffee machine. The breakfasts offered so much choice with delicious options every day. The rooftop bar on the 3rd floor was a great space for socialising in the evening and the food was tasty. There’s a huge gym open 24 hours which had lots of quality equipment and the outdoor pool is gorgeous. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. I hope to come back soon.

Really enjoyed my stay here. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. We booked a gold deluxe room and were not disappointed. All the extra touches within the room and the gold access made our stay very pleasant.

The room was immaculate and beautifully presented. The gold lounge afternoon tea, drinks hour and breakfast were well worth the money.

The hotel is stunning throughout. The spa area was very quiet and enjoyable with steam sauna pools and outdoor area. The outdoor area was a little busier with children.

We enjoyed an evening meal in the Salt steakhouse which was very nice and again with excellent service.
