Dynamic gym Al Rasheed

Since I started coming there about two years ago, I can honestly say that it was the best gym I've ever visited. The coaches at this gym are supportive for everyone in whatever you need to know or need a spot on whatever; they are simply always there to help, which is what makes it so fantastic. The members there just love sharing their expertise with other newbies. I'd like to thank all of the customers and gym members that have consistently helped me. This gym gets a 10/10 from me. No errors at all.

This gym gets so busy in the afternoons that you may have to wait a bit to get a turn on the machines.
The cooling is weak when it’s busy.

I was so pleasantly surprised by this gym on many levels:
#The most important factor was its closeness to our residence-five min drive. It’s also within a 20 minute walk from our apartment and the walk is a great warm up since the area is quite hilly!
#The gym is so clean and neat. It’s well equipped with state of the art machines and they’re in great condition.
#The AC is excellent.
#We were met by coach Malik who seems to be the manager. He’s clearly passionate about what he does, professional, knowledgeable and always available.
#There’s women only option which is neat and very well equipped as well.
#Bathrooms and lockers are in a great condition.
#kitchen area is clean and presentable. We would get our post exercise shakes from there. They have protein bars and salads as well.

I hired coach Ruxy as a personal trainer and what an amazing experience that was!!! Ruxy is a gem and I hope Dynamic Gym appreciates what they have: a true athlete with excellent experience and stamina. She’s very professional, punctual and accountable. She called me before every session to make sure all was good.
I also attended group sessions with her where she exercised with the class for the whole time pushing us above and beyond!!! That was a world class session!!
My only comment is that the entrance of the gym is next to a supermarket storage area; it was always crowded with goods, produce and boxes as well as workers smoking and crowding the entrance when we would go in the morning, frankly, it’s really annoying and not fit for a gym entrance.

The best gym with best coaches especially Othman

Membership price is decent. The staff is professional and helpful. There is a wide range of machines. The locker room is clean. And the gym location is great. Finding a car parking could be hard at night. Highly recommended if you live in the area.

Great Gym, friendly staff and experienced coaches.
Most importantly, the gym is always clean, specially the toilets and showers.

Professional coaches..Very nice and helpful staff, all kinds of training equipments are the highest quality.
Farah is an amazing aerobics coach...
