Even though I'm not a regular at this gym, I drop in regularly every time I'm in town. Coaches know no strangers; They're family.
The atmosphere is very positive, there is competition when needed but support and community are what they're known for. I love the fact that it's an all welcoming body-positivity, no shaming safe space.
I couldn't help but be fond of their senior PT sessions. And in my opinion, this should not be taken lightly and OneMoreRep take it to a whole new level of professionalism with their tailored PT programs. Every athlete/client is different and will get the attention they need.
The premises are always clean, and equipment is always tidy and in place.
I can not stress the convenience of its location; it's on everyone's way! There is no excuse. Best of luck to the entire managing team! I love you guys!!!

A boutique gym that caters to your personal needs. Amazing classes and coaches, and members are so friendly. Very clean workout areas and above all SO MUCH FUN!

Highly recommended for all seniors. Great, friendly atmosphere. Professional coach. I have just one regret, that I didn't roll up earlier.
