One of the best EMS. 20 minutes workout as hard as 5 hours gym only twice a week. Perfect for those with injuries. Friendly environment, awesome trainers. A bit expensive but worth every penny. Vallet parking, good location they also have a cafeteria, a wet area, kids area and a salon.

Gained 10k weight, not professional at all, they ignored my feedbacks during the sessions, my weight was perfect to my body i just needed shape, not gain extra 10K!!!!
