I thought that this bank was the best but unfortunately my expectations dropped.

Ive been banking there for 5 years, never had a single issue, my payments are always on time, they even increased my credit limit automatically.

The true issue is when after the covid panademic i went in to apply for a $ credit card inorder to do my online transactions. I asked for a limit that is 10-20% of my original card. Everything was fine, i gave them all the requested papers.... etc. The customer agent didnt contact me for a week or more. I went in to check out whats happening, he replied as simple as that the bank is denying any customer that is working in the hospitality sector, he didn’t even give me the safety bond i signed until i requested it. I just gave my thanks and left afterwards. 😊

Its unbelievable how a bank gives up on their clients so easily.
