Qatar Airways

The best flight ever. My husband and I always travel through it from Australia to Jordan, and every time the trip is more beautiful despite the long distances we spend on the plane (almost 20 hours from Australia to Qatar and then Jordan). The food is delicious and clean and the services are wonderful.

It’s been more than 30 years between my 1st flight on Qatar Airways and my second flight which was recent. The service back then was excellent and is even better now. I flew regular economy but opposite of US based airlines, Qatar airways had plenty of room between seats. They offer meals and refreshments for free. I had flown the same route on a US based airliner just a couple of months before and had paid $300 extra to get a seat with more room, I was in pain the entire flight from how tight the seats were and wondered what would have happened if I didn’t “upgrade”. Also Qatar allows you a carry on plus a personal item plus 2 checked in luggage included in the fare, while the other airlines include a carry on and only 1 checked in luggage for the same route.
The only thing I dislike about Qatar airways is their layovers in Doha are usually very long, shortest time I spent there was 8 hours and generally it’s close to 20 hours or more.

One day 10 years ago, a flight was delayed which was from Amman to Dammam surely via Duha, and some problems occurred. Honestly, they deal with the issue with full respect and professionality and reserved a free 5-star hotel for me as if nothing happened.

Nice showroom and friendly staff

The Qatar staff at this location go above and beyond in helping customers with every aspect of their trip. They are dedicated to their work and most professional under the toughest of tasks.
My reservation U4KVSN required extensive research and rebooking yet they accepted the challenge.
