Extremely correct. The car was at the airport waiting for us with a company representative. Signing
the contract and all other documents took 10 minutes. I recommend this company if you need a car
in Jordan.

I have been in Jordan for over a year now for work. Every weekends, I rent a car in order to go all over Amman and Jordan. I have tried various car rental places in Shmeisani and Sweifieh. Out of all the car rentals in Amman, it is AutoNation in Sweifieh near 7th Circle that has provided the best and reliable service for me. The staff are friendly and accommodating. They are welcoming to all customers whether locals or expats. For those of us in the expat community in Amman, AutoNation has a good reputation and highly recommended. I first heard about AutoNation from a fellow expat.

The prices they offer are not only affordable but the cars they have are well-maintained, clean, and safe. In other car rentals, I would get cars that are not in good condition for the same price that I pay in AutoNation. Having driven many cars, I can tell if a car is properly maintained or not. I have tried multiple AutoNation cars (see picture), and I would say that I have felt safe, secure, and comfortable driving in them. I had different experiences in the cars of other car rentals in Amman where I would be given cars with worn-out brakes and a loose undercarriage.

With the cars that AutoNation provides for me, I have driven them to far flung places in Jordan like Kerak, Dead Sea, Jerash, Umm Rasas, and Ajloun without encountering any issues with the car. AutoNation doesn't only offer good prices but good and safe cars. It's great to know that there is a place in Amman like AutoNation that can offer good price AND safe cars.

including premium and affordable options. The experience originates from the Sales Team which
provides competitive rates to the Operations Team, who in particular are very flexible and
understanding when delivering the car to your doorstep. I was even more impressed with the way
their Operations Team handled the vehicle service. Everything was arranged so smoothly, and I was
able to get the car serviced in a matter of 30 minutes at my residence. I am recommending my friend

I had a two month rental with Auto Nation and the entire experience was fantastic. When I showed up to pick up the car I had rented in advance online, it was not quite what I needed. I had a two-year old traveling with me and had pretty specific needs. The Auto Nation team very patiently let inspect
five different cars before finding the right one. There were no questions asked and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The car was in excellent working order and we did not have a single problem during the rental period. Returning the car was painless even though it was quite dirty from multiple trips to the desert and the mess my son had made of the backseat after two months. They even gave me a free ride back to my hotel in the middle of rush hour. Auto Nation is the only car rental in Amman I will go to after this excellent experience. Thank you!

AutoNation Rent a Car was quick and responsive via WhatsApp in handling all matters related to my
rental, including picking me up from the airport quickly. The car worked fine and got me all around
Jordan without any issues. I was satisfied with the service.

The car was as expected and clean. AutoNation dropped off and collected the car at my chosen
address. This was very convenient and easy to arrange. They also allowed me to keep the car for
longer than I initially booked at a reasonable day rate. I would certainly book with AutoNation again

Happy with the service. Not a big company, at first glance in person I was skeptical, especially because the first car they provided me was not great to say the least. But upon my complaint they rectified the problem, quickly and accurately provided me with a much better car and they provided with better service too. Over all very happy and I will definitely use them on my future visits Jordan.

Online reservation was simple and efficient. When we got to the office, we were very warmly welcomed by employees and the manager. Paperwork was so short and fast that we have spent the rest of our stay in office discussing places to see in Jordan with the manager, who was so friendly and kind that it's hard to describe. Furthermore, he has even provided us with the upgraded vehicle for the same price, which was amazing from the begining.

The car was clean, fully equipped and very comfortable to drive. It really helped us to experience Jordan the best possible way.

At the end we have dropped of the car at the other offices, the one that is near Amman airport. Employees took us to the airport and wished us warm goodbyes. Deposit was returned very fast and without any problems.

Highly recommended. I have searched many car rental companies online before getting my car and I
chose AutoNation because their prices are way better than others. Great team to support any
inquiries, especially their operations team.

We've found Auto AutoNation a Car for their reasonable prices, and stayed with them for their polite and helpful service. This is our fifth time renting with them - while some of the cars we've received were older, some of them were brand new - but all of them were in great working condition. provided by Naima regarding extending my booking and as well in paying parking fines. She went out
of her way to help me get everything solved. Her friendliness, patience and support have been
