مختبر ممتاز ... خدمات سريعة .. نتائج دقيقة .. خصوصا انه يتم ارسالها بالايميل للمريض .. و بالتالي ليس هنك حاجة للعودة و جمع النتائج مرة اخرى

موظفة الاستقبال بالرغم من لطفها الا ان الجاكيت الطبي الابيض الذي تلبسه يبدو انه لم يتم تنظيفه من اشهر فهو قذر المنظر ولا يليق بشركه مثل مد لاب
اما على المستوى المهني فقد كانوا ممتازين وبدقه واحترافيه عاليه وصلتني النتائج

Unprofessional! I asked for the CT value of my result, the response was rude and they refuse to provide so, apart from the fact that the CT should be provided in the report not even asked for!

All the way from Dubai with worst experience ever they are sooooo rude in addition the ladies inside the lab working with blood samples and germ specimen without gloves and masks with long nails and full makeup unprofessional

سيئين جدا، العياده كتيير مبهدله، رحت اسحب دم من عندهم، موظفة اسمه هدايه حسيتها طعنتني بالابره ولما قلتلها وجعتيني بكل برود ردت خلص خلصنا!
