I went with my family for dinner (not buffet). Great staff and service. The food is above average for a 4 star hotel. We waited a while for the food but it was well worth it. Music was good and we never got bored at any point with the great view. The cost of food doesn't kill your budget so you could go more than one a month and have a good time.
We had a small note about one order and the staff dealt with it in a 5 star manner.

The hotel isn't located in a prime area, although the hotel itself is well equipped. The restaurant is great. The pool and balcony is very convenient. Nice hotel overall.

Wonderful place with warm hospitality and friendly staff.
The panorama view of The Krak Clan is breath taken.
It was a great experience and excellent opportunity to visit the historical places and meet with the friendly people in Al Karak. Highly recommended
