We had an amazing experience here!
The owner is a great man, very kind and welcoming.
We had our room upgraded.
Our room was clean and spacious, the bed was very comfortable.
We had dinner and breakfast in the hotel and both were delicious.
Free parking is next to the entrance.
Kerak castle is not far from this place.

We arrived to this great hotel without high expectations because it is marked as a hotel with one star, but everything there exceeded our expectations. The hotel owner is a nice person, very polite, respectful, understanding and helpful. He assigned us amazing room, we had nice and friendly conversations. His English language skills are perfect.

Great place to stay. Dinner is excellent after a long day outside. Rooms are big though still need some improvement specially the bathroom.

The friendliest owner of a hotel i have ever met in my life! The rooms are clean and we got everything we need. With the heater on, we head a cozy night there. We also got good breakfast and dinner for a fair price.

Very familiar, nice and small hotel. The owner was so courteous, he made every effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Heater in the room, parking places, and a clean & cozy room. He organized dinner and breakfast for us, it was really good & a big portion. There is also a vegetarian option! Greets from Austria

Host is great. Very friendly and helpful. He speaks good English, communication was not an issue at all. Hotel is quiet and clean. Location is great, about 300-400m to shops and restaurants.

The place is great! It is clean and cozy. We had a rooms with bathroom and it was clean and with hot water.
There is an option for dinner and breakfast for extra fees.
Parking was available across the street.
Staff were very helpful, happy to help with some advice. There was a list with many places to go to in and around Kerak which was useful.
If staying in Kerak, I would definitely recommend it

Great and authentic place for a stop over night in between the Dead Sea and Dana / Wadi Rum. The owner is super friendly and helpful. We stayed in a double room with private bathroom. Just watch out on the entrance when entering with a car, on one side cars can scratch on the bottom as there is a bump in the driveway.

The room were very clean and pretty (I recommend the double and triple bedrooms).
You should definitely stay at this place to discover the beautiful city of Kerak!

Great hotel with awesome staff, they were super friendly and helpful. After staying in Jerash, Amman and a dead sea resort this was the first place we stayed that had hot water.

Very cozy hotel. You don't have much choice in Kerak, but it's actually really nice staying here. It's clean, definitely compared to other hotels we stayed in, and we enjoyed the cup of the that was offered in the evening.
Water and drinks are available at the reception for normal prices. The receptionist was limited English speaking, but that wasn't a problem at all because all the information you need like WiFi password, breakfast and check-out time is written down clearly.

Nice hotel. We were walking in to check because of some bad reviews here but it was a very nice place. Dinner and breakfast available. Good distance to the bus stop.

Really nice hotel, really clean good atmosphere. The service was just amaizing, you can see from the beginning that the owner is really interested on you having the best possible experience in his hotel. It has a little space outside at the entrance, really nice just to chill, enjoy the sun and inside also a small space were you have dinner, breakfast and at any oder time just sit read play boardgames or use ur phone. I would totally recommend you to eat at the hotel. We ate outside and yes cheap but we got a little sick after it. When we came and saw what dinner at the hotel was we totally regreted no to have eaten there. Room was big enough bathroom was ok too bed were clean and comfortable. To summarize we totally recommend this hotel !!!!!

Without any research prior to booking we didn't expect much out of it, but the owner makes this place outstanding. We had few minor questions about our further plans and he was more than happy to provide us with detailed information. Thank you so much. Recommended

Very cute little hotel, location is nice and quiet, the view from the window was lovely and the Karak castle is nearby. The service was absolutely excellent, the host was extremely friendly and helpful. The food they offered was also very very delicious. Also they offered some delicious cinnamon tea.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. The room/bathroom is bit old aged but everything works fine. GREAT dinner and breakfast.

I booked a room at this hotel last decembre.

Unfortunately, due to an unexpected issue, i needed to go back to Italy. Despite the room was not refundable and the deadline to cancel the booking was already passed, the owner cancelled the room and refunded me 100% of the cost.

So i really want to thank the cairwan Hotel for being so kind and i highly recommend this Place if you visit Kerak.

Great hotel in a charming town. Perfect to stay the night when for example visiting wadi mujib. The ambitious hotel personnel are driven to make your stay as pleasant as possible, and can arrange tours to Wadi Mujib. Note that the mosque nearby could wake you up, but you shouldn't expect anything different in this quaint muslim town.
