I booked a trip with sparta to Istanbul. Initially, we had a few issues with communication as it was the first time i had booked through an agent here in Amman and no-one was explaining much to me, however, the once the manager realised he contacted me straight away and sorted everything out for me. We got what we booked, and the agent on the istanbul side was very good.

Our flight had an issue with the layover on pegasus airlines and they upgraded us to business class on an RJ flight direct to Istanbul !!! They really know how to take care of their clients
