This is a really nice place for dinner with a great view. The service was great, except they took a long time to bring one of out main meals. It was also a bit dark, they had the lights very low. But the food was fantastic and we enjoyed it a lot. We will definitely go again and highly recommend it. Moderately priced for amazing food.

so classy and alluring. the food looks and tastes delicious. the service is extremely good and the atmosphere is amazing. i ordered the Makimono boat and Kani salad and they both don’t disappoint. it’s a little pricey but worth it. definitely recommended.

One of the best places to get tasty sushi in Amman! Vinaigrette caters both to those who would like to have sushi as a meal or if you don’t fancy sushi, they serve “Western” dishes such as pasta, steak, salad etc. I went here for dinner and ordered their quinoa salad with their vegetarian/vegan sushi selection. Finding good sushi is limited here in Amman, but this is one of the restaurants I thought had delicious vegan sushi! Nice views of Amman but quite a bit dark to dine in though. Prices are high and quite expensive. Good for special occasions and groups.

This place serves very mouth watering sea food. It is our first time to try Sushi in Amman. We ordered the exotic salad, the vinaigrette appetiser platter, the sushi boat that has 25 pieces the penne Arabittaia and the fried shrimp.
The food has exceeded our expectations and every thing was perfect, the food, the view the service from all the chaps apart from the loud music which was a bit loud to the extent that you can’t hear the person next to you sometimes 😂

The food was absolutely phenomenal . From the appetizers to the dessert, every dish was perfectly prepared and presented. The atmosphere was elegant and sophisticated, making it the perfect setting for a special occasion or a romantic evening out.

It is the best sushi in town, full of taste, clean, and healthy.

one of the top restaurant destination in Amman, staff are very friendly, prices are within range. food is excellent and so fresh! the most beautiful time of the day to dine in is sunset time!

This restaurant is definitely one of the best sushi places here in Jordan. It has a view on the seventh floor so you can see everything in a man.

Eventhough it might be pricey, but you will definitely enjoy the vibe.

A very nice place to come for dinner. Staff is friendly and the gentleman that was behind the bar, Samer, was very kind and a pleasure to speak with. Their french onion soup and sushi were delicious. A bonus is the wonderful view you have of Amman, especially if you are here when the sun goes down and the lights come on. If you are visiting the area, Vinaigrette’s is definitely a place to stop.

I especially wanted to mention the tempura shrimp. They were very tasty and tender 🤤

I usually come here for the sushi, they also have good kani salad and good dessert. And as you can see, there's zero effort put into these pictures because I just wanted to eat. It's really good, my favourite in Jordan so far, and it has a nice view of the city. I reccomend this place

What a view! Great service, non-smoking, and decent food. Vinaigrette took our reservation and sat us near a window to be able to look out. Great location and okay food.

Number one Sushi in Jordan. Everything is always good. Fresh and tasty. Staff is kind and helpful. Location is easy to reach. And of course nice views of Amman.

Beautiful view, friendly service. I had the all you can eat sushi but since I can’t eat shellfish the friendly waiter made me a plate with lots of deliciousness.
Added bonus: I was by myself and there were two more females eating alone which made it a bit more comfortable to be there by myself

Hygiene standards very high. This restaurant located in the heart of Amman, in Shemeisani area.
Prices are reasonable considering all the above positives and in comparison with similar restaurants.
Highly recommended especially for Sushi lovers, you will enjoy it.

This place has always been one of my favorites, tried the sushi last night and I can’t express enough of how good each and every one of them was. It’s been a while since I last went, but it’s so impressive that not only they maintained there standards, but they have managed to even level them up!

I've been going to this place for almost 17 years now, not even once i got disappointed! I love this place ❤, i went with friends, most of their food is yummy, some food we ordered is not on the Google menu.

I could not thank the chef enough! It was my Fiancé’s Birthday lunch and the food was amazing. It is our first time in the restaurant and the seating is very comfortable, the staff is very friendly, and the view is spectacular. You could see all Amman in a panoramic view. I have searched for a restaurant with good view and found some reviews and this is how we end up being here. Thank you again for an amazing experience! You saved the day
