22 days and yet no processing for the package. They ask you to wait for an SMS that definitely will never come.

Then they tell you to go and pick the package from the HQ office and pay the customs.

Zero efficiency, zero respect for people’s time.

How is this considered under the digital transformation strategy of Jordan?

I got a package that is 90 grams from Poland, and it took 3 WEEKS TO GET TO ME THIS. Not only that BUT THEY ALSO HAVE VERY HIGH TAXES ON EVERYTHING. Don't send snacks BECAUSE ALL I SEE HERE IS FOOD THAT IS BEING EATEN

Paid about 10++ JOD to collect a gift from a friend that's worth less than 10 JOD.
They treat your package like a hostage to pay them money.

Waited more than an hour to receive a package that was already there.
Service was indescribably slow and the careless, rude attitude of the workers is nothing short of an embarrassment and a disgrace.
Avoid this place at all costs.

Worst system ever. Stolen items from my package. I sent a lot of snacks to my friend and most of the snacks are missing. Corrupt system and corrupt staff, be ashamed, this is someone’s money you are stealing from. You are thieves, الله ينتقم منكم ان شاء الله.

Corrupted and untrustworthy. I'm missing one or more of each food item from the package that I received. Workers here will take your stuff thinking you won't notice. Avoid this company at all costs.

If you are looking for the worst experience ever then this is definitely the place to go. Both their services and servers can be easily outrun by a turtle without even breaking a sweat. Package has been processing for the past two months!
