Regardless of any other criteria to write a review about , I’m here just to tell the world about the exceptional employee Mahmood. A truly magnificent person who really went far and beyond to help me finish all the paperwork in the same visit . Going through lots of governmental offices , l have never come across someone as funny yet passionate, professional and helpful . I wish we could reach a point where all employees could give to their work half what he does . Most definitely made my whole day beautiful

Very bad!
They lost the keys two year ago, and ever since, the doors (through which they're supposed to distribute the mail to the boxes) are wide open. Anyone can go in and pick up any mail/package from any p.o.box.
I used to order small items from ebay right to my p.o.box, but I had to stop, because it seems that the last couple of items were stolen.
People submitted many complaints, but they didn't seem to care. They would just argue. I finally submitted a complaint to some big boss at the Jordan Post headquarters, and he took the complaint seriously. They claim that the issue has been resolved, but I'm not yet sure of that.
In case you want to book a P.O.Box there, double-check the issue first.

If I can rate 0 star I definitely will do. Horrible service, unprofessional staff at all. I’d like to see it closed
