Sent a jacket and cashmere sweater to be cleaned. To my atmost disbelief, they came back smelling of cigarette smoke. When I contacted the shop, instead of trying to look into and try to resolve the matter, the lady denied that they smoke in the shop!!! Where else does the smell come from then....By the way, their motto is a carnation with the promise of a fresh scent. Smell your clothes before you pick them up.
