Abdali Hospital

This is now the best hospital in Amman. It’s spacious, which is great when you have to spend an extended time visiting a loved one. It has lovely art throughout and tremendous views. They even have cute baskets available if you have to move to another example room in your gown. The thing I appreciate most is their client app that stores all of your X-rays, lab reports and tests in one system that all the doctors throughout can access. It also helps me remember when I last visited.

This seems to be the best hospital in Jordan. Very modern, clean and convenient facilities coupled with professional service from all members of the medical and admin staff. You better use the services of the hospital and access what can be the best medical team currently in Jordan through medical insurance companies, otherwise you will need to pay fees that are comparable to other high end hospitals in Jordan. Free nearby parking facilities are available and the hospital is easily accessed from the wide streets of Abdali area.

I had an excellent experience at this hospital. The majority of the staff are not only professionally qualified but also exceptionally trained, ensuring a high standard of care. The doctors were incredibly attentive, providing proper assessments and prescribing the appropriate medications with precision. Their expertise and dedication made me feel confident in the care I received.

The experience was absolutely amazing, we came here for a sergary to my mum, the staff took almost too much care of her. The doctors, nurses and staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. The suite we got was quite great, the views and the food was 5 star quality.
The hospital is located in the Abdali Boulevard, which is a very nice family area contains restaurants, cafes, cinemas and malls.

My husband had a procedure done here that required a short surgery. I honestly figured with the inefficiency we generally experience in the city, it would be an all day affair. I was so pleasantly surprised! We checked in at 9 am. He was in his prep room by 9:30 and in surgery before 10! He had a great experience with the anesthesia, even though he has asthma and it was his first time. Zero issues. Everyone spoke English, and the doctor was completely fluent, having studied in the UK. It was routine screening, but honestly I didn't know what to expect even for something routine. We will be using this hospital again! We left with everything done and a flashdrive and report by 11am! And it cost us half what it would have in the US. He used Dr. Feras Abdallah Zureikat د فراس عبدالله زريقات and he was super friendly, humble, caring, and knowledgeable. We would highly recommend him as well as a gastroenterologist.

This medical center is one of a kind. The level of professionalism is exquisite. I'd say that about every last member working at the hospital. It is clearly customer centric and the entity takes their corporate culture very seriously. The Elevated service level is maintained throughout and is evident across the board. You receive full-on pro assistance right away, just as you reach the gates to the parking lot.

We have had several major visits/stays at Abdali hospital in the past two years both my husband and Father had surgical interventions and stayed there for several nights each. I would say the hospital management has done a great job attracting the best doctors in town. Topped up with amazing nursing staff particulalry on both the 3rd and 4th floor! I haven't seen such caring and well trained staff anywhere else in town. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Highly recommend Abdali Hospital for everyone, whether it for a check-up, dr visit or a procedure.

My only comment/ recommendation is: I believe they should increase the staff in the ER, and have specialized / more experienced doctors during night shifts.

One of the best maternity and birthing experiences. My doctors clinic is there too his name is Sleiman Dabeet, him & his team are so knowledgeable, humane and just wonderful to work with.
The hospital child birth experience was extraordinary, people might think that Abdali hospital is over priced. In fact it’s just medium to high hospital where most services are reasonably priced. Considering the staff, quality of service, interior design & comfort. It’s worth every penny.
The midwives there were amazing, Esraa & Reem made my child delivery easier & warm. I also I remember Farah from the other shift, very caring and just attentive staff. I wish I can mention them all but I don’t remember their names.

Very modern fancy hospital, very professional stuff , went to the emergency with my little girl to who was suffering from dehydration due to a viral infection ,in less than 10 minutes she was entered into a private room for treatment.

I recently visited the ER at Abdali Hospital in Amman, and I must say that the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the emergency department, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff.

The only annoying issue I faced was that I couldn't find a way to the main exit and had to ask each person on my way out 😅

One suggestion if you can consider accepting international insurance companies such as Allianz care as direct billing insurance
