Great gym with everything you need (and more) and kind staff. Very nice to have plenty of space in the gym, and turf, mats and rubber to have the option of lifting/training. I have enjoyed training here and meeting like minded, dedicated people

One of the best gym facilities in the world. Crossfit, MMA, Calisthenics, strength and conditioning, you name it! Huge place, very comfortable, amazing people.

Fantastic gym, they do classes too, mainly calisthenics, and some other functional fitness classes. Instructors there are all top notch and you won't find people on roids showing off. The gym is spacious and clean. And get yourself and after workout protein shake, it's so good.

Definilty the best place to work out in town all in one place ( MMA , Boxing , CrossFit , Strength & Conditioning , Weight's you name it.. ) Always Clean Friendly Staff and the place is huge
