We have a very good experiance with the driver Nizar. The car was real good.

I was overcharged on my credit card when I collected the car. The person serving me apologized and promised a refund. The refund was never provided despite numerous requests on my side. Do not consider this dishonest company under any circumstance.

I made a reservation and I didn't get any calls, emails, messages back. They do not answer the phone either. At least answer the phone during business hours

انا مستغرب كيف الشركة الامريكية قبلت تشوه سمعتها و تعطيهم وكالة. تعرضت لعملية اقل ما يقال عنها انها نصب و احتيال بعد استئجار سيارة من فرعهم بسيتي مول بشهر ٨. و طبعا فضلت التعامل معهم لاني بتعامل مع نفس الشركة الام باميركا و غلطت و فكرت انه اللي ماخدين وكالتها بالأردن مفروض يكون عندهم معايير قريبة و لكني كنت للاسف غلطان. حكيت مع خدمة العملاء و وعدوني يحلو المشكلة و لكن كالعادة بس شاطرين بالمماطلة. انا بنصح كل المحتاجين لاستئجار سيارة بالاردن انهم يبعدو عن هالشركة. انعدام مهنية و كسب غير مشروع.
