Bargo’s

I've been going to this place for years. It's one of the coziest places in Amman. No smoking allowed inside which is a big plus for me. They have an area for smokers for sure, one semi closed and a beautiful small seating area outside with a fountain in the middle and umbrellas to cover from the sun on sunny days. They have a wide array of drinks, from coffee to tea to fresh orange juice and herbal drinks. They serve some sweets on the side.

As for food, you can order from outside, they allow it. You can play cards and board games, and they have some available to choose from. You can also study or work, they have an area and plugs for that.

It's a lovely place to meet friends, have a cozy and fun date night, work, or just chill alone in a calm comfortable place.

The place has been renovated, but kept its essence and the management also remained within the same family.

Finally, they have a piano which you can request permission to play on.

I have recently discovered this gem and it has become a weekly visit type of place. I tried their espresso single and it was great, good foam and a good balance of flavours. The host Ghalia is friendly, welcoming, and knows how to make you feel at home. Try their Iced tea when you go there.

My absolute favorite place. Food and drinks are fantastic, and the baristas and staff are super friendly.

Most of the prices are very reasonable. I recommend their Irish Nut Cream Coffee, spiced latte, hot chocolate, affogato, and their iced tea, although you really can't go wrong with any of their drinks.

The atmosphere is one I absolutely love, I really like entering a place and feeling immediately comfortable. The overall design of the café is beautiful, and the fountain outside is so calming. Someone mentioned the "worn out outdoor chairs" but I feel like it's part of the appeal and aesthetic of the place, it gives it character and a history. Not everything has to be new, in my opinion, there are many new and modernized coffee houses you can go to for a "modern" atmosphere.

If you feel like going to read, Bargo's also has a fantastic bookcase with English and Arabic options (from what I've seen, I don't know if there are any other languages offered).

Bathrooms are also very clean and regularly maintained, and the hand sanitizer bottle is always filled for use.
It's a great place to work or catch up with a friend. The outside sitting area is pet-friendly.

No matter when I go, this place always fills my heart with joy and relaxing atmosphere.
It’s perfect for laptop work, lonely coffee time, group of friends meeting or dates.
The coffee is super and affordable.
The staff is great and welcoming.
The space is special with board games, authentic interior design and nice desserts.

Lovely place, the fountain gives an amazing comforting water sound. Their indoors seating is great, outdoors is amazing too. Great for studying / working.
Loved their coffee and their politeness.
Keep in mind that they sometimes have little concerts in the evening, so call before going.

I always belong to this fantastic place

this is my home away from home. its like a little secret garden in the middle of a residential area. it's a good place to go have coffee with friends, or have a meeting or even use it as a work from home destination :)
If the owner Ghalia was around you must meet her, she's one of Jordan's best artists and once you meet her you will see how the space reflects her art and love for life. this coffee place brings me so much joy!

A hidden gem. Perfect for working remotely/ studying. Quiet. The fountain and the outdoor space are cosy and beautiful. They also have a small pizzeria/ snack shop that serves decent sandwiches. All in all, a great place.
